Linus and Lucy has dedicated one square mile of prime ocean real estate for Ri-an to establish an embassy, and is searching for temporary office space in Ri-an while making plans to construct a permanent embassy of its own.
Manning has also named Brandon Stokley ambassador to the Sacred Empire of Ri-an.
