Goodchild closed his eyes for a moment, he smiled. For once in a lifetime he had seen the beginnings of an opportunity; the President for Life Alexander Kazansky from the United States of Allanea had made a fateful mistake. He had declared a war on the Reich, invoked a response from one of their enemies, and tried to gear the war so that it was they who became victims. There was a funny saying for situations like these.

You made your bed, now you lay in it.

Interestingly enough, intercepted communique between Allanean (and allied), to their Reich counterparts had proven a theory that the United States of Allanea was indeed much more of a rogue state, than one willing to act responsibly - information leading to the discovery of so-called Code Samson would be used as evidence that indeed the United States was more concerned with Vengance than it was interested in protecting the civillian populations of both sides of any war. They had also responded in kind to a strike against Allanea, a nuclear strike against God's Own; it was only with the supreme instruction from the governance in Reichskamphen that the nuclear exchange was to finish, and therefore with the authority of the entire Greater Prussian Empire. And yet even in its defiance, President Kazansky has recently continued to authorize the use of nuclear munitions against its enemy's fleets.

All this information was compiled into the Dossier marked top secret, and filed in a locked drawer, within one of the most secure compounds in the Austar Union. A message would be prepared for the international community.

It is with my gravest concern, that President Alexander Kazansky remain at the helm of what is commonly known - The United States of Allanea. Whilst attempting to keep our role within the conflicts between the Greater Prussian Empire, and the Reich as neutral as possible; we cannot sit by and allow such actions by the President for Life to be left uncommented on.

Attached to this message you will find information on such Allanean protocols as Code Samson (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12107338&postcount=87), in which there is no responsible solution, only destruction of lives and the causing of death for a purpose of vengeance. Again, observe their response to a strike (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12107654&postcount=90) on the Allanean mainland, they respond in kind with Nuclear Devestation - there is no tactical purpose except to maim in itself. This subject is difficult, because I cannot excuse the use of nuclear weapons in the first place by the nation known as God's Own - but I also cannot excuse the Kazansky response to this incident. I might even note that this entire incident was caused in the firstplace by Kazansky's own declaration (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12063689&postcount=1) to the world, a message of intent to destroy the Iesus Christi administration - a virtual invitation to strike against and declaration of war.

If you want me to be entirely honest, I would expect more from somebody representing his nation, much more from a World Leader. And we might take this moment to note first and foremost that we have no relations with Iesus Christi nor with the Reich.

Also note that the Allaneans have history of warmaking; from the wars against Edolia, particularly in Axackal; to the causing of war and conflicts on Mars, to even the incitement of violence via his 'careless' messages against the Reich; President Alexander Kazansky has left me with no choice.

On behalf of the Unione of Capitalizt States of Austar Union, along with its full judicial capacity to arrest and capture individuals believed to be a danger to the Unione and its allies; also with its ability to classify states believed to be either terrorist or dangerous to their surrounding contacts, I hearby declare that the United States of Allanea to be considered a terrorist state - for the simple fact that they have proven impartially to myself and a panel of Judges that its current governance does not have the ability to behave responsibly and or rationally in a world of politics, business, and armed conflict.

President Alexander Kazansky from this moment on shall be considered a terrorist, along with his personal associates; for the incitement of violence on numerous occasions, and I hearby authorize the civillian and military Police of all territories under Unione control to arrest him, should he enter into a place where the Unione of Capitalizt States has jurisdiction. His government from this moment forth shall not be recognized by any branch or arm of the Goodchild administration; trade with the United States of Allanea henceforth banned, and all diplomatic communique from the Kazansky administration to be considered civillian and terrorist in nature.

We invite any nations along with their governing administrations to join us in signing this document, but if we must, we will be willing to make this statement alone.

It's good to see that other nations have come to the same decision we reached some time ago (http://z4.invisionfree.com/The_Planet_Mars/index.php?showtopic=1047&view=findpost&p=1498900).

To put it simply, nothing has changed in our attitudes or position since then. Allanea is considered a rogue state, and it's leadership no more than the common thugs and wheedling opportunists they have proven themselves to be time and again. It has been our experience that Allanea always has been, and continues to be a force for unrest, warmongering, troublemaking, and rampant idiocy, making a mockery of diplomacy and everything else they touch. We pity the alliance or nation who knowingly embraces so-called Allanean 'ideals' in their blind support of these criminals. Those who continue to support and encourage them (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_region/region=greater%20prussia) would do well to take a moment to reconsider, given their already damaged reputation amongst the more civilized members of the international community. It does them no favors, and it certainly wins them no friends.

Declaring war on an alliance for the actions of one state is quite frankly, irresponsible. Just as irresponsible as backing a rogue nation in their threats and declarations to destroy another sovereign nation, which elicited the response from Iesus Christi's rather unstable ally and supporter - something Allanea ought to have taken into consideration before making such a childishly-worded threat as they did. We hold the Allaneans fully responsible for the current trouble (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=510351), and whatever fallout results from it all.

The Kajali government has observed these recent events as well, and we agree wholeheartedly with the statement of the Unione.

From the One Day War, to this current conflict, we have seen little reason to treat the Allanean state with any semblance of respect or dignity thus far, and this has been the cause of much wheedling of their own, though they prove surprisingly insistent, as not even total ignorance of their communication does not seem to stop them from attempting to speak with the government again.

We will, as the Dominion of the Dread Lady has stated, hold the Allaneans fully responsible. With that, the Federated Imperium will sign this document.

Official Yaforite Response

Certain actions are unforgivable. On the international stage, these actions are all the more inexcusable. Sometimes these actions can be taken away with a slight reprimand and a promise not to commit these actions again. However, sometimes there is no way back. Sometimes, some actions are too heinous to ignore. It is these actions to whom the reprimand must be swift and large, and it is these actions that are not to be forgotten easily nor taken lightly on the field of international diplomacy. So it is with the Allaneans and their mindless crusade against those of the Reich.

War itself is not something that is easy to ignore. But when nations of the world claim the protection of the world after inciting those very nations that attacked them, it is not simply ignorant, but it is also very dangerous. It is those weak nations, those who do not know how to tread along the paths of diplomacy, who are doomed to repeat their mistakes. The Allaneans have shown that they have no respect for the nations of the world and it is almost disgraceful how they act to others.

For one, their communications stink of ignorance. One in particular (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12063689&postcount=1) is rude in and of itself. As can be seen from a short examination of the contents of this message, the actions of the Allaneans are shown in full. Not only is the president of Allanea showing that he does not care for another nation, he is also showing that he does not care for diplomacy. There are many nations who would not even accept a message of that caliber, tone, and language. I know that, for a fact, no good Yaforite would read this message as an official communication. I certainly would not.

What makes such actions all the worse is that Allanea claims to be "dedicated to human rights" and "dedicated to foreign diplomacy" (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10173868&postcount=1). One passage in itself is particularly telling: "While in previous administrations (the Blix and Graham regimes) the Confederacy has been guilty of having a less than constructive foreign policy, and at times the blatant disregard of diplomacy as such, modern Allanea is different. With the moderate Democrat and Hamiltonian movement at the helm, Allanea is firmly on the path to peace and international cooperation.". Is this the Allanea that is attacking the Reich? Is it an Allanea that is "on the path to peace and international cooperation"?

The Grand Democratic Duchy understands that the world is a rough place. But the actions of the rogue regime in Allanea are inexcusable. It is a difficult decision to do anything like many of the nations of the world have done. We have allies who are supporting Allanea, friends who are on the other side. But, as humans, we must do what is right. Therefore, I sign this document, and the Yaforite people sign with me. Only the future can tell whether my decision is the right one or not.

Official Statement of the Northrop-Grumman Corporation

Until recent months, the Northrop-Grumman Corporation has wrongly stood idly by, remaining silent as the United States of Allanea committed the actions outlined in the statement from the Unione, but since the adoption of our revised foreign policy, we will do so for no longer. The acts of the Allanean government are not those of what would be considered a modern nation-state and do nothing more than to destabilize the interstellar community as these people arrogantly spread their ‘ideals’ by the edge of the sword. They also have no consideration for civilians, non-combatants, innocents who have done nothing to deserve the death that is forcefully bestowed upon them. A situation in particular that we are disgusted by is the treatment of one-hundred fifty million civilians of New Dornalia who are brutally massacred upon their planet by thermonuclear weapons (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=503394&page=2) that have no other purpose than to cause as many civilian casualties as possible.

So in light of these occurrences, we condemn all these actions and support the Austar Union by signing this document. Also, we agree with our brothers and sisters in the Dominion in stating that we hold the Allaneans responsible for what has happened in this conflict with the Reich and the aftermath of said event.

“This latest round of chastising Allanea is as tedious as the other whines of Nathi & Posse. You don't catch crooks with choirboys, so certainly some of the actions of Allanea can be forgiven in the light of the greater goal they aspired. Striking against the Reich was an admirable thing – and its critics overlook the tiny detail that Allanea was attacked first. Whatever Kazanski has done wrong (and that is quite a lot) it does not help that world leaders with sand in their Most Eminent vaginas stand by on the sidelines criticising the would-be liberators of man.”

“This was not a peoples war, but a war between the capitalist interests in Allanea and the capitalist-run fascist oligarchy in the Reich. The people suffer.”

“The expressions of horror by the devastation wrought upon Allanea by Knootian leaders is only fitting, considering the scale of the destruction. However the lack of similar condemnation for Allanean actions does betray indirectly where official sympathies lie. The Daatman Administration acted wisely (though perhaps not courageously) by staying out of the conflict and offering aid after it is over, but this unofficial position does leave questions open. If the Daatman Administration is serious about aiding the Iesus royalist government-in-exile, it may have to find a way to properly channel Allanean enthusiasm to bring about reform in the Reich, and their willingness to actually shed blood for the purpose.”

Gregory knocked on the office of his Boss quietly. He was often known to be taking naps instead of working, and when woken he could become quite an agitated man; not worth being careless over.

"Come in," a man's voice called.

Gregory entered, "Sir, I have compiled a list of these clientel." He grinned, proud of himself. "All of them have been confirmed to be linked to various Allanean entities from the United States."

"Nice work Hauffesen," his boss usually called him by his Surname, for some odd reason. "Let me forward these onto the UBI, and get these accounts frozen, and we'll go out for drinks shall we?"

"That would be awesome."

Inside the document compiled, were such accounts belonging to the Kazansky administration, or their Public Officials. In total, little under $2.4 Billion worth of cash, stocks, bonds, and bank certificates had been frozen under the Illegal Entities Act. Accounts belonging to Allanean corporations or individuals such as the Allanean News Network or Allanean Arms were closed, and their cash sent to them via cheque along with a polite "We regret..." type of letter, since trading with the Allanean economy had been made illegal.

From the home of DFAT, a message issuing the order for all embassies and consulates within the United States of Allanea to be closed had been delivered; their staff being returned home on paid leave. Likewise, any members of the Allanean Foriegn Ministry within the various jurisdictions of the Unione of Capitalizt States were escorted to the nearest airport by Austarian Federal Police, if any existed within there to begin with.

Such was the regular protocol for this type of event, until there would be no contact with the economy and illegitimate governments from the United States of Allanea, whatsoever.

Funnily enough, various commentary made by media or government representatives of the Dutch Democratic Republic of Knootoss didnt even get mentioned by their Austarian equals; nobody cared - such was the irrelevance of the opinions within Knootoss on this particular matter. Aside of course, from Knootians loyal to reading De Telegraaf, and were either holidaying, on business, or living within the Union. They existed certainly, but the public attitude was very different here.
