Dersconi News Wire
Recently, the Kremlin has announced that all Dersconi residents will be issued National Identification Cards. These cards will all be biometrically coded for that individual person's DNA, and will register as valid only when used by that specific person. It will contain the person's national identification number, their age, current height, sex, job and marital status, religious and political identification, residence, etc, but it will be encoded onto the card so that the information stays private.
Also, it is in the works to centralize the banking systems of Derscon, in which paper money and coins would no longer be necessary to carry -- all transactions would be run through the National ID card which would double as a check/debit card, and accounts with the National Identification Number.
The Kremlin has also announced that more policies are in the works, but are still being debated amongst the ministers and the Imperial Court.
