As the bells rang and the men and women gathered, they blessed the ground a new nation for the people who live for the freedom of faith. The blessed ground of Fotellan, the Republic of the followers. As they gathered for the elections of the first Head Bishop (A Moltecu) of the nation, the people seemed pleased of each of the four candidates, and it was highly in debate over who would win. However, only one individual rose to the seat of power, and that was what is now, Moltecu Romar D. Fost who won by thirty thousand votes over the next closest, Bishop (Tecu) James H. Tostar.

As the new nation rose, the bells of all the Holy Centers (Catcles - <Church Like Structure with the Flag's Logo instead of the Cross.>) rang loud, the freedom of the great nation, was granted from the Tyrannical nation of Beulu (Non-Existent I hope). Finally, after countless years of war, the followers of Yommanata (Holy Figure of the Catcles of Yom) have their own nation, that is named after the activist who fought for this nation's independence, who was killed in battle by the Beulu's allies, the Motachu Indians.

As the Moltecu's first goal, he has declared that he is searching for political allies to help bring this great nation forward. Thankfully he has explained that even with the struggle that may occur for the beginning of this nation, that he will not accept any offer to declare Fotellan a vassal state of another. He is only searching for allies and trade; to improve economy and defense. He is looking to make friendly relations with other nations, so if any nations wish to do so, they are welcome to respond to him (via this forum thread) and express concerns questions, etc, before declaring this nation a friend of theirs.

As a nation the Moltecu explained that the country will abide by any UN declarations, which extremely appeased the people, which made up for the 31% tax rate at the current time.

The Bells Sang Today, and let them sing forever.
