ECONOMY INFORMATION
Although we are a very small nation, we are insanely economically as well as technologically advanced.

Agriculture
Our natural Agricultural abilities are very weak as we are but a small Island. However, we do grow enough food for approximately 300 Billion people. We do this through Classified technologies which allow us to grow various crops and livestock in underwater facilities surrounding our Island.

Commercial
Our commercial sector remains fairly successful although lacking in supportive population figures. Even though we are small, our businesses are ranked well in the World economy and we continue to stay on the forefronts of innovation and new ideas.

Industrial
Industrial success in our nation can be explained by only one word: Perfect. Our industries, although they moved to our underwater counterparts, surpass any known system for capability to produce large amounts of anything. We possess all raw materials known to man and have access to several orbital stations we have built surrounding various planets to harvest other materials that remain classified to our neighbors.

Scientific
Our research community has made leaps and bounds in the various fields that define modern science. Although almost 100% of their research remains classified to anyone not in the leadership of the country, rest assured we are very well researched.

Education
Without putting too much emphasis on our extremely well structures education system we will go over the various statistics and facts:

Literacy(Can read at 12): 100%
High School Diploma: 100%
College Degree (AA):100%*
College Degree (BA):85%*
Military Academy Grad:100%**

*This number only reflects those who wished to attend college and passed.
**All males after completing High School(or College if they choose) are required to enlist and serve in our Nations military which requires attending and graduation from our Military Academy.

Military
Our military economy is a state secret. However, we will divulge to the masses that we possess manufacturing plants in over 300 nations, in orbit around our planet and we possess munitions and heavy weapons plants on all but one of our orbital platforms located at different planets.

We also have nuclear and sub-particle Ray technologies.

GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE
Our government is broken down mainly into two sections:

1. The Emperor and his council
2. Political Conventions & their councils

The Emperor
Emperor Muwatalli is our supreme and executive leader on all matters of state. He acts as our spiritual grandmaster, our commander in chief and our president. The Emperor is in charge for life and cannot be dethroned. He does have the power to step down and he has the power to name his own successor. The Emperor's word is law and firm. No individual has the right to question or argue with anything he says unless asked or given permission.

The Emperor's Council
The Emperor's Council acts as his cabinet in matters of state and war. They have official permission to question and argue with his points and ideas. They help him debate and go over internal as well has external issues. The council is appointed by the Emperor and can be changed or removed entirely at any time at the Emperor's will. The council usually consists of 12 members:

1.Councilor of State
2.Councilor of Education
3.Councilor of Business
4.Councilor of Finance
5.Councilor of Defense
6.Councilor of War
7.Councilor of Research & Health
8.Councilor of Agriculture
9.Councilor of Civil Affairs Councilor of Foreign Affairs
10.Councilor of Foreign Affairs
11.Public Councilor (Serves to give the general population a voice)
12.Records Councilor (Serves to keep government records)

Occasionally other Councilors are added:

1.Councilor of the Secret Service
2.Councilor of Special Affairs & Operations
3.Councilor of Space & Exploration

Political Conventions
Conventions are mainly for letting the people state their case, their views and their complaints without fear of punishment or tyranny,although the SS* watches over these conventions closely.

*SS stands for Secret Service, explained later

The conventions occur every year in March and also occur after/during a major event like a war or invention, ect. The conventions are broken into two phases:

1.Primary Phase (Involves all registers citizens)
2.Council Phase (involves all councilors voted in during primary phase)

The primary phase consists of the population deciding on 10 major issues to debate, nominations for the councils and then a popular vote to name the councilors.

Convention Councils
Political conventions each create three councils in their primary phase unless they are a result of a special event or something like that then they have only two (they leave out the info council).

The first council is called the Information council and serves until the next yearly convention starts. They are responsible for updating the National Information Bank, inserting any relevant information into the Info Bank from other conventions during their term, and they organize all conventions during that year including the next yearly convention.

They also run the primary phase(s) of all the conventions during their term as well as the next yearly convention's. The info council consists of 10 members.

The second council is called the People's council. It's responsible for debating and deciding what the people want/decide pertaining to the chosen 10 major issues. Their term lasts up to 90 days, but they are disbanded upon deciding the people's voice. They then submit their ideas to the third council. The People's council consists of 10 members.

The third council is called the Final council. They have 10 days to form the views of the People's council into a quality report including the views of the general population regarding the 10 major issues and suggested solutions/decisions. This report is submitted to the Public Councilor who serves on the Emperor's council. 5 members make up the Final council.

All conventions and councils are subject to the Emperor's approval.




Other Government Departments

City Governors
City Governor's are people appointed by the Emperor to govern over a single city and report back to him. They make all decisions regarding their city* and it's immediate area. They usually have their own police force.

*Some Governors also govern over small country towns and homes.

Royal Police
The Royal police serve as the Emperor's personal police force. They investigate all Federal (Nationally Important) crimes as well as enforce the Emperor's laws and decrees.

Secret Service
The Secret Service (SS) acts in much the same way as the Royal Police however; they operate on an almost unknown plane of existence. Fact is, you don't know who they are or where they are. They make sure that corruption and anti-law enforcement stay in check.

The Armed Forces
The Armed Forces includes all uniformed men enlisted in any branch of Dismiscus's Military. Those branches include:

1.Army
2.Navy
3.Air Force
4.Marines
5.Space

Dismiscus's complete Armed Forces population is close to 200 Million. However, most of them are not human! All Armed Forces follow a strict hierarchy of command and all top officials report directly to the Emperor.

Imperial Guard
The Imperial Guard is a special group of highly trained soldiers who have volunteered to serve as our Emperor's personal protectors. They report to the Emperor alone.
