The island of Terrascape, often forgotten as a backward bunch of sheep, goat and reindeer farmers and fishermen all worshipping Old Nordic gods, brings forth news. Representing the fifteen member council, the Archdruid Arfal announces in a rare press conference that Terrascape has captured a shipment of plutonium being transferred between a terror group and a rogue nation and are seeking scientists to develop it into weapons in an effort to be considered powerful in the eyes of the world. Although speaking very broken english, it is evident that none of their people has actually seen what is on the captured boat, but rather were told the pluotnium was onboard.
