In the face of attacks from mars and advancements and threatened advancements by enemy forces the current leading codomnuim party, has been recalled, in a land slide election this evening, nearly all the seats went to the colonial party, or the federalist party, with the colonial party reaching majority status, the codominum party is all but at a loss says a spoke person, no one expected in a time of war that the entire senate be recalled by its people, but it is at no ones surprise that this happened, as mounting pressure continues the government has been force to make concessions and humiliate its own nation because of a trickery laced conflict, to rectify the situation the colonial majority in the government is re structuring and re forming in to a new cohesive group, out lying planets are at crisis mode as enemy forces threaten to advance upon them , with this the colonial party is ordering the evacuation of all out lying colonies in to a mere thirteen systems with several other territories as resource bases. At this point not much is known about the enemy advancing on our country but what is known that they come from a ruthless society. The colonial majority in the senate is supported by the federalist.
The colonial party and new structure of the government is struggling to keep things in order, as settlements in front of the brunt of impending assault, rebel and anarchist factions are taking to the streets in out lying worlds, those likely to be hit worst, the evacuation orders come as the government is spread thin on military forces, and cannot prevent disorder from reigning on worlds.

A bolt of energy fly’s over a camera mans head, suddenly a reporter pops up her hair in tatters and her cloths dirty, explosions reverberate thorough the town, her eyes look around as she pans the area ducking in to ruble that once was a hospital.
“This is Margret Thomson, reporting from eblos five, we have just gotten word that rebels have captured the sector capitol building, as you can see there is heavy fighting with star guard personnel as rebels storm the building and refortify there position, star guard forces are under heavy fire from the capitol at this point , supply lines from armories have been cut as there not been enough personnel to secure the city in late due to evacuation orders suddenly there was a huge explosion and the camera went out flames engulfed the area as rebel forces photon mortared the place. Star guard air support was called in and it could be seen from another camera explosions rocking through a medium sized town ripping buildings apart people fighting against each other this sotry was repeated throughout the border worlds , evacuation persisted step by step transports where sent loaded, buildings starting to be deconstructed in the midst of heavy weapons fire.

The United Colonial Federation of the federal union can no longer hold or police a majority of its border worlds, any one who lands there will land at there own risk, the government is in no position with the current crisis to deal with such affairs
The president sighed and looked at his new colonial advisors his head shook with animosity his faced light up in a rather angry fashion and he started speaking.. “What do we do, do we just let them go on there own or try in some way to re establish control!?”
A colonial advisor sighs and reads a list of options “well sir we have 2 options surrender them to another interstellar entity or let them rebel and cause us harm.. Our country is going to be in ruins if we allow them to fall to the enemy, they will have strategic access points to our star gates and corridors, that can’t be allowed to happen” the president cut him off saying with a loud voice his brow eyes panning the new 13 star banner “I know!, this cant be allowed to happen, who’s the most viable entity that might be able to help us in this crisis , I want at least some assurances of a plan here?”

“as of now that is the only entity we can trust at this point or at least we estimate since they seem to be more neutral than most factions, and at this point we have no choice they might be the only ones to counter this attack.
The president sighed his lips curling in a sour taste of asking for help but it was the best for his country and people, the polls would like this and he could probably fix all this in 2 terms or more if he did it he nodded and said “right lets do it” he sat back on to his chair yawning and stretching his face tired his eyes filled with stress he looked older than he should with all this stress.

it is with dismay but with pleading words that we request assistance, as you know we are being invaded by warmongering nations from mars, at this point our government cannot hold continuity over its out lying systems and our forces and people that are willing to go are being evacuated, they are open for succession and we request a treaty of succession between our two countries, our people cannot suffer under the rule of such idiocies from mars, we have established our 13 systems and several outlying resource bases that we will fall back to, please at least heed our call with an answer..
