To encourage the correct and correct the wrong.
Dictators are:

Ruthless, Aggressive, Dangerous, Deadly, Secretive, Bold
Dictators are not:
Passive, Predictable, Softspoken, Compasionate
Dictators are
Honerable, Chivalrous, Polite, Honest among Equals
Dictators are not
Rude, Slanderous, Insulting, Sexualy Explicit among Equals

Dictators
Mean what they say and do what they mean
Dictators
Challenge face to face their enemy, instead of talking about them when they are not around

Dictators do not have the vocabulary of a child

Dictators always have a plan to obtain more power

Dictators respect other dictators and encourage dictatorship

Dictators do not tolerate activity in their own country that does not comply with the code of honor and ethics
