We are currently looking for individuals interested in a fantasy-based RP set in the world of Darien.
For the last Age, Darien has been a somewhat peaceful place. Although the nations of Aramon and Klatch occasionally clash over territorial issues, and Veruna is engaged in an ongoing imperialistic expansion, the greatest threat to the world, the nation of Taros, has remained quiet for many long years.
But recently a series of strange events, perhaps interconnected, perhaps not, have rocked the world of Darien. In the capitol of Veruna a mysterious saboture infiltrated the Royal Docks, while a similar group penetrated the Palace and made off with an ancient artificat of great power.

The Great Portal was the primary method of travel during the Link, a magical event which caused great devastation across Darien and led directly to the Fryhtan Wars.
Speculation abounds that Taros is seeking now to collect the stones of the Great Portal, and re-establish the Link.
Most of the world, however, is blissfully unaware of this. Ephebe is hosting the Great Tournament, where mages and warriors alike test their skills in a series of battles lasting more than a month. The Elves of Summerset seem to be plotting an invasion, to judge by their military buildup, and an epic, perhaps the first of its kind, diplomatic meeting between Veruna and Morrowind has led to the first serious diplomatic treaty between that nation and a non-Elven power.
We still have many nations open, both Human and otherwise. If a nation doesnt appeal to you, I, as admin, STRONGLY encourage charecter based RP.
