MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF SEN SURROUND

The Most Serene Republic of Sen Surround has joined the realm of Nation States for the following Three Explicit Purposes, which shall be held in the highest regard by other nations and their respective peoples.
1) Sen Surround is a NONAGRESSIVE ASSIMILATIONIST NATION. Sen Surround is firm in its belief that the culture and practices of other nations is to be studied to their smallest points and then discarded. Agents from Sen Surround will frequently enter other nations, gather information, and send it back to the Ministry of International Affairs. This data will then be incorporated into the daily practices of Sen Surround. Once an improved form of this data is discovered, the old data will be destroyed and its influence will be removed. Sen Surround, however, does not believe in using invasion tactics to gain this data, and military power shall never be used in order to assimilate cultural information.
2) Sen Surround is a COMPLETELY SELF-SUFFICIENT NATION. Due to Sen Surround's relatively small population, it is able to be easily self-sufficient and will not import unnecessarily from other nations, unless these imports improve or fulfill Explicit Purpose (1). Food products, clothing, and hydrocarbon power units are both produced and processed in Sen Surround and therefore should not be imported from other nations. Production methods, however, may be assimilated from other nations in observance of Explicit Purpose (1).
3) Sen Surround is a PEACEFUL NATION. Sen Surround does not believe in unilateral invasions of other nations. Military strength will never be used in accordance of Explicit Purposes (1) and (2). The use of military power will only be used in protection of Sen Surround's people, borders, and overall well-being. If a multinational invasion is being prepared, Sen Surround shall only participate if it is either in accordance with the first two Explicit Purposes, or if it is in the best interest of the Most Serene Republic.
We wish the best to our neigbors in the Typoon Lagoon region, and it is our firm hope to see the nations prosper under the blessing of the Chi Emote.
