rhis really belongs on an Rmb. after all, you can only get endorsements from a nation in the same region. and nations from m,any different regions use it.
also, this is an RP forum. i do not see how this is RPing.

its something one UN nation can give to another, if both are in the same region. you need 2 to make a proposal, and whoever has the most in a region is the region's UN delegate.
