OOC Over on the Mars Forums a little agreement was worked out. In it I got to keep my very own sith for Five Years. What follows is her internment for the next Five years by the Council...
Initially this will be closed by the nature of the beast. It's not exactly common knowledge, but if you find out feel free to comment. First a repost of the Taking of Yuthura and then the first part of her fate.

It wasn’t a long wait the small transport craft landed gracefully as close to the Duma as was allowed the Seven passengers exited with an air of professionalism Six of the figures where obviously female. Lithe graceful forms contained within a mesh armour. Their faces hidden behind distorting masks, blades sheathed at the moment and inactive. At their head strode a single male, his own clothing different, but again he was dressed for battle. Inside the Duma Badb Trill-Gorath was busy, with the acceptance of Revan of his offer she moved with a purpose to secure the temporary holding of Yuthura. With the arrival of the soldeirs it was time to transfer her to Galdern and Earth.
While they waited Badb sat watching Yuthura, the feeling of triumph never left her, and the smile was a hint of Yuthura’s coming fate. ’It’s strange is it not, you came here the voice of your government, you leave a commodity to be exchanged…’ shrugging after that she paid the woman no more attention, as they awaited the arrival of the escort. When the seven arrived Badb stood and simply left the room, no concern for the future of the woman was evident although she wanted Yuthura to suffer it was a mild desire, and she had other busisness to deal with at the moment.
The man at the head of the little procession entered the room now with no fanfare he removed his helmet and looked Yuthura over. ‘Subject 9732, Force user, Darkside designated Sith. You should be honoured not many subjects get the attention of a Warlock and an Exarch. Before we depart there are a few things you should be aware of.’ His tone was matter of fact, almost bored. Of course Yuthura was likely to be aware of what was going on, she had been reduced to a number, a file, they where stripping her of anything that made her unique. Not as might be thought, in an attempt to remove themselves from considering her as a person, she was Mon-keigh that was instinctive, but to make her view herself as something less.
‘The First Rule is simple, you will respond to your ID 9732, or to Mon-Keigh. You shall address myself and other Warlocks as Esdainn, the ladies here as either SuinMure or,’ with a brief gesture to one of the woman who stood out from the others, her movements screamed those of a hunter, a warrior through to her very core, ‘in the case of the honoured lady and others like her as Sier-SuinMure. Third Rule. Unless given permission you will not speak, eat or sleep. Your every action from now until your release in…’ Pausing a moment he appeared to check something and then nodded, ‘Five Years, shall be monitored and controlled by us. If we do not give you permission you will not do it, failure to obey these rules shall result in punishment, co-operation shall be rewarded. You may speak to show you understand, you may also ask any questions you doubtless have.’
This was merely the start, and she would be fully expected be highly resistant and surly, it was unlikely she would collapse under the weight of what they where doing here. Yet eventually the weight of the following months would it was suspected wear her down. They where patient, they had a long time after all.

OOC and now new stuff.

The Journey.
Travel aboard the small craft was quick, her destination was into Orbit, from there she was brought aboard the first of nearest of the badbaltrias network satellites. It was time to disorientate her. As she was brought off the ship, and marched without fanfare towards a nearby Grav car, thrown inside and driven through the stations Webgate entrance. The trip itself would actually have been quicker conducted in real space, that was beside the point. The point was to remove from yuthura the knowledge of where she ended up. She was being taken from Mars to Earth, via several interesting diversions. Nothing dangerous, but enough to remove any concept of her end location from her mind.
She passed through Worlds orbiting distant stars, the journey took days, and until eventually she emerged in Earth’s orbit. To be thrown inside another Transport and brought onto the Planets surface. This was where things would start to get nasty.
Week One. Day One through to Five
Her arrival on Earth was simple, the Yvresse’s outpost on Earth was situated on an Island purchased directly from the Menelmacarai. Since then it had been turned into an impressive Military and research facility. The entire place was patrolled by Aspect warriors from all temples, Grav vehicles where on constant patrol of the Island and the surrounding seas. A Star-port allowed the orbiting satellite network to rapidly bring both supplies and personal to the Planet’s surface.
All this paled besides Galdern’s Palace. In itself a Military Bunker and co-ordination facility, it was the place where Farseer Galdern examined all he could find on Xeno’s Cultures. Both in a mundane sense and a magical one. It was filled with Scholars, discussing the minutiae of some religion or other, as they calculated how it might effect the actions of various Non-Eldar. This was the outer layer of the Palace, beyond those came the Seer’s discussing the Magical/supernatural powers and approaches of the Mon-keigh. Examining if anything might be adapted for the use of the Keigh, and more importantly how the Keigh might deal with any threat arising from such sources.
Yuthura was led past all of these deep under the palace into the Cells. At last her Guards deigned to speak to her again.
‘You are not to sleep till we instruct you otherwise. Attempting to sleep will mean you shall not be fed, and your sleep will be prevented in any case. You may not speak until we tell you otherwise.’ The tone was calm and devoid of emotion. The man seemed to take no pleasure from his task, nor find it distasteful. It was just his task. The directions given he turned and left, Leaving Yuthura in a small empty cell, not a bed, nor chair filled the cold room. She was alone.
Later she would find out what was meant by her sleep would be prevented, as at the first sign of attempting to sleep she was blasted with jets of freezing water. Loud blaring sounds, and other such distractions. Nothing was done that was cause her lasting harm, but sleep was denied her.
And no meal came from that attempt. Or any subsequent attempts. When food did arrive it was pushed through a slot in the door. For five days she was left on her own, unable to sleep, and fed irregularly. After Five days she was at last met.
The man that came to see her brought his own chair he sat down looking at her. For a full minute he examined her and then smiled. ‘You look tired, may I introduce myself, I am the head of this facility, my name is Galdern. Farseer Galdern of the Yvresse Council. I am so glad you could be spared to help me in my studies. Still I suppose right now you would be of little use to me… so sleep we will have time to talk later.’
With that he stood and let, leaving Yuthura with two gifts, the first his permission to sleep, the second a Chair, it was maybe not the most comfortable in the world, but it was a chair.

Week One, Day six
She slept, for four hours the Keigh let her sleep then the cell doors opened and the guards entered, quietly for now. It was the same group that had brought her here, now they gathered around the huddled shape before them, Yuthura making no sound nothing to give away their presence, with a boot to Yuhtura’s chest they awoke her.
‘Sleep time is Over, stand Subject we have tasks for you this day.’ again the man showed no emotion as he relayed this information. Yet Yuthura had seen enough, she had been a Slave once, and broken free, rising to become a Sith Master, how dare these things treat her so, she was not some weak child to be pitied she was not one of the JedI, and her hand lashed out even as she seized the force and bent it to her will calling a Blade from one of the guards to her hands activating it with the same motion thought as she called it to her… she would make these Things pay for treating her so, she was Sith and non would stand before her.
If the Banshee’s where impressed they did not show it, as one the Warlock and the disarmed Banshee withdrew the remaining Aspect Warriors advanced and now Yuthura was being struck from all sides not by the Power Swords of the Banshee but by the Psychic Scream of the Banshees and while Yuthura was strong in mind, a Sith Master she was surrounded by and the lone target of not one but Four banshees and an Exarch. Her so recently won blade fell from her hands as she grabbed at her head. Still she would not fall, her mind was groggy but she lashed out still crackles of energy playing around her form as she moved to lash out with the almost stereotypical weapon of a Sith Master, force lightening.
She stopped as suddenly the pain in her head was overwhelmed by the pain in left hand, it was blinding, and when she looked down she saw why, it was gone, lying on the floor, the wound cauterised by the Power Swords passing. And she realised that she could not tell which of her foes had removed her hand the five women surrounding her seemed at rest, as through none of them had moved. Now the Warlock advanced again staring at her, he smiled almost sadly under his helmet and nodded once as the room filled with a gas, the uniforms of the Keigh protecting them from the affects of the chemical substance, but Yuthura was not so protected.
Still She was a force user and they had ways of defending themselves from such things, of lowering their bodies processes and staying active. And so now it fell to the Warlock, yuthura was processing the pain of her hands loss, her mind was clearing, but a dull headache still pounded inside her skull, and now she was resisting the gas filling her cell… With a gesture from the lone male occupant of the room she was thrown back against the wall and he strode forwards to finish the job of rendering her Unconscious, with rapid vicious blows to her skull from the hilt of his own blade.
Above the Cell
Farseer Galdern was pleased, the subject had responded as he had expected, lashing out at her nearby foes. He suspected the only thing that had prevented her attacking him before had been the Five Days without sleep. With but a brief time to recuperate through she had performed excellently. It was a fight impossible for Yuthura Bans to win, but she had held on despite the overwhelming odds against her. Few would have fought on past the Banshee’s scream, yet alone the loss of an limb, but the woman had refused even then to surrender.
Notes on Subject 9732:-Yuthura Bans, Force User, Dark Side.
Sub Designation:- Sith,
Rank:- Master.
Nation of Origin:- Unknown Led by a Revan.
First entry.
The subject has met the needs of the program splendidly I owe my fellow Farseer a debt for procuring this subject for my studies. The initial testing show she is an ideal subject for my studies. However as I feared at the start of this program, she is emotionally unstable, I will need a large supply of replacement Limbs low quality and high quality. Find attached the records of the first Six days of study. Note we are still in the early stages at this time, we do not expect to begin testing new theories till next year at the earliest at the moment we still must examine the pre-existing observed abilities of force Users in a controlled environment.
Added as I had feared the Darkside user’s lack of emotional control in many ways causes them to react to unwelcome situations violently, with little advance planning in this subjects case. How she hoped to escape is beyond me, indeed I suspect she had no such plan and merely wished to harm her captors.

Week One Day Seven
Subject 9732:- Yuthura Ban, Force User, Darkside
Sub designation:- Sith
Rank:- Master
Nation of origin:- Unknown led by a Revan
Since the incident the day before the Subject has been kept sedated while the limb that was taken in subduing the prisoner has been replaced with a cybernetic alternate. Of course we remain in control of this limb and have installed over-rides to render it inoperative. In roughly a month or so I have scheduled for this over-ride, and those in any other replacement part we install, to malfunction allowing her independence of choice. I have then a month to see if despite her violent outbursts I might be able to render the subject compliant with my wishes.
It will also allow me to see what, when given more information about the facilities layout she will do. Perhaps her anger will be over-ridden with better information to help facilitate an escape from my custody. In the mean time of course we must feed this anger and resentment, one of the key foundations according to my initial research into her powers and abilities. The guards then shall continue to be the prime contact she has other than with myself. They have performed wonderfully up till now, and I trust shall continue to do so.
The question that needs be answered here, is, will she reach a natural height of power from which no matter her rage she cannot exceed or is this Force of hers a bottomless well from which she can draw as long as the rage sustains her? I must admit my own studies are actually contradictory on this point, but then again I have never had a live subject to study that has reached this stage in her training.
In any case she should be coherent enough now for me to converse with her, although she will be kept heavily sedated for the duration of our conversation.

She was strapped down, her body being pumped full of various chemicals enough to prevent her from forming enough thought to seize the Force. The Bench she was on was almost solid metal uncomfortable almost painful to lie on. This was of course deliberate. Still he smiled at her as he entered the room taking his place on the chair he had brought with him earlier.
‘Ah your awake, my dear Nine Seven Three Two you really must take better care of yourself and I have to ask what where you thinking trying to subdue Five Banshee’s like that especially with a Warlock and a Exarch, your fortunate indeed that I ordered you where not to be killed, if it where not for that, well… Exarch’s are not known for their mercy.’ He had chosen an almost worried posture and inflection to his voice, projecting seemingly genuine concern for her well-being.
‘In any case I think you have punished more than enough for that mistake so we won’t be forced to add to your unfortunate situation this time. Still while you are in this state you can’t help me with my research and yet if I set you free, to a state where you can help me, you may very well decide to attack the guards again, and then we will be forced to return to this state, and begin again. You’ve given me quite the dilemma perhaps I should just send you back to your people… Yet if we did that we would have to conclude the treaty that brought you here broken and in that case… Well I can only fear the response of your Master to such an eventuality, I suspect however it would not bode well for you. Still should you continue to misbehave I will have to consider that.’ He looked at her almost with sympathy in his eyes, none of it was real of course but he was good at putting on the mask.
‘I tell you what I’ll order the testing to proceed from tomorrow onwards and trust you will co-operate. You strike me as a highly intelligent young woman after all.’ With that he turned and left her alone.

Yuthura’s treatment continued like this for a while longer, a few months of continued stress, pressure and baiting. Over the months her abilities and skills where slowly catalogued, and her anger left to fester and grow. The furniture in her cell increased and shrunk, depending on her behaviour. Occasionally when she was exhausted and stressed she was allowed to speak to Galdern. He continued his policy of being nothing but charming and kind to her in person. Never once where any of the punishments netted out by his direct word, he was always removed from it. A second committing the act when he wasn’t present.
The subject has progressed as hoped, and the observed skills and abilities are as reported. I have decided to forgo the rest of the initial research. It is apparent that we will get few surprises and I wish to proceed to the next stage as soon as possible. As such a personal history of the subject has been gained. I see an interesting potential here. I have decided to proceed to experimentation, my initial thrust will be this ‘Code of the Sith’.
By now the lady must be fuming, her power if indeed truly driven by her rage at it’s height.
Soon after Yuthura was brought from her cell, the escort was large no chances where being taken, this was the first time she had been outside of that small chamber since her arrival. Led down sterile white corridors, that seemed to run into each other. Eventually she emerged into the light of day, and led across a small tranquil garden, where strange alien plant, laid out and tended with great care grew. Around her seemingly unconcerned by her presence walked scholars engrossed in conversation which each other, their words in spoken in a strange flowing tongue, yet watching her advance across this small garden upon walls surrendering this small piece of a foreign world loomed the unmistakeable form of guards, their weapons trained on her form.
Soon she was led through large looming doors, into darkened corridors, and up ever up, a seemingly endless journey aboard a lift taking her higher and higher. Eventually it was apparent she was at the highest point in some mammoth structure. Her journey had been conducted in silence now at last her escorts spoke.
‘Remove your shoes and wash your face as I do.’ The Warlock who had led her party knelt before some washbasin dipping his left hand in first, it was apparent some highly ritualised system of cleansing oneself before passing the doors before him. Lighting a small incense stick afterwards he breathed in it’s fumes. Before sitting in quiet meditation. At last he stood again and handed Yuthura a strange blue Gemstone.
‘The Farseer has decided you may visit him in his private meditation chamber, do not remove that stone throughout your visit. You may speak freely within. Be aware, the harsh treatment you have received so far is almost over, if you however you should remove the stone during this trip they will be replaced with something that will make you miss your prior accommodations, and we will be forced to break our word to your owner.’
After a few moments without a word passing the door opened and a great darkness loamed ahead. In the middle of a small circular room sat Galdern around him floated tiny stones, strange runes coating their surface they shapes on the surface changed seemingly at random and yet Galdern’s eyes darted from each of them, the look on his face one of deepest interest. Perhaps most unusually of all for the man through was his clothing. Simple cloth covered him bereft of even a single rune. This was his private chamber the most secure place on the Island, the place he could come to be at complete ease.
‘Ah Yuthura, I am glad you could join me, I wish to talk to you, I have been reading some of the philosophies and beliefs of the Sith. A fascinating subject I must say, but I had a few questions. A few contradictions in your beliefs I was hoping you could help me understand, can we talk for example about the Code?’
