I, Minister of Foreign Affairs for The Armed Republic of Stoned Peoples, need assistance in the creation of an embassy contract. You see, in TARSR we are simply too stoned to create such a document and I need the assistance to do so. We require some sort of template to begin crafting such a document and we need it quickly as we need to begin diplomatic relations with others. So I ask if the international community can assist us in doing so.
