Hello, folks. One of the major fears of modern counterterrorist and defence specialists is the unsecured nuclear material in ex-Soviet states. Is anyone else interested in an RP where a nation, organization, or other group goes into the mouldering old power plants and forgotten silos, looking to start a nuclear program?
