Winter Palace, Capital City of Vigvar
The Autumn Hall was situated in the so-called “guest wing” of the giant palace, where numerous apartments made sure that guests of the Grand Duchy and of the Grand Duke spent very comfortable nights during their visits to the country. The Autumn Hall itself was at the moment the place of a banquet called by Archduchess Vethara, the Grand Duke’s sister, to celebrate the end of the photo session for the upcoming “underwear” album ( http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10868334&postcount=39 ). It was true that Mikhail didn’t particularly like the idea of the entire world seeing his sister in underwear and initially opposed the idea, but when his own lover declared her own intention to participate in the project, the Grand Duke offered his backing and an entire wing of his Palace for the needs of the project.
And so for some weeks, the various apartments housed the celebrities from around the world that agreed to take part in the project. It also housed photographs and their crews, their studios and everything needed for the successful outcome of the entire undertaking. Shots were taken, album design finished, everything sent off to the publisher. It would take some time to prepare the five luxury albums that were to be auctioned off internationally and in the meantime there was time for a little banquet. The guests, namely the models who posed for the shot and the various personnel involved in the project, were enjoying a meal and treated to some music. Along the walls of the hall were some guards in ceremonial outfit. The guardsmen from the “Silence and Death” Battalion, in their black and blue cloaks and masked helmets imitating a wolf’s head, mingled with the soldiers of the “Swans” Company in their black ceremonial armour, featuring silver swans on their chests.
“First of all, I would like to thank all of you for taking part in the project and dedicating some of your valuable time to the effort,” the Archduchess spoke with a glass of wine in her hand. “Our goals are not financial, but are to attract the attention of the average Taraskovyans at least to the problems some of their own kin are facing. And if it takes an international dimension, then you can be sure our proud and haughty Taraskovyans shall more than notice what we want them to notice.” She laughed lightly at the joke about Taraskovyan pride and haughtiness when dealing with foreigners. “As such, I rise this glass to all of you, to my brother for offering the locales, to our photographs and especially Valentin Stepashkin! Thank you.”

Well, not as much as rules, but just to attract attention to the OOC part. Now, as some have guessed, this is a prelude to that little undies album I’ve been planning for some time now. Why this thread? Well, to allow people who wish to RP. To allow people who are not in the project to maybe drop in.
To clarify things: this thread comes when the album is done. The posts in the news thread predate this event. Time split. Yay o/
You don’t have to post in this thread, though, since I’ll consider that all those characters already contributed are present at the banquet. Well, except for those who’d like to drop in. For those who want to drop in, read below.
N.B. I do not mind people dropping in, however, there are several rules to respect:
1) You must contribute a young and cute celebrity willing to have the world see her in undies. You can contribute anything from a head of state to a movie star. You can contribute several characters, of course, but not an entire platoon :P No pr0n stars or slutty "starlettes".
2) Your characters are not paid. ;)
3) You must have interacted with GDT sufficiently for your characters to be known there.
4) If you drop in, it shall be considered your character arrived in time for the shots, spent time at the Winter Palace, got to know at least the Archduchess.

- Roan: Alysanndra Aliria Ellestrea (Lady-Empress of Roania)
From my part, there are: Vethara (Archduchess of Tarasovka), Vailphi (Grand Duke’s concubine drow), Elena Orlova (from the Orlovs Ducal house), Neltha Tal-Nash (from the Tal-Nash High Ducal house). I guess a couple other domestic celebrities, too, but haven’t made up names yet. ]
