As WWC-LE begins the Quaterfinals, it means it's time to begin sign-ups for the fourth edition of the Cup.

Please note if your puppet is competing (one puppet from a competitor). Solo and co-national bids are of course accepted. Please set the bid assuming at least 32 teams signing up to compete along with how it would work should there be more.

After the fiasco that was the last Women's World Cup, I will join under provision that Liverpool England does not host. I would bid for it myself, but I'll be on holiday from the 19th, so it'd be postponed until then, and nobody would want that.

Sarzonia wishes to enter the fourth Women's World Cup, but if Liverpool England is again chosen as host, it will withdraw from the tournament.

Qualifications
In their third Womens Cup,Rorysville has grown into a power on the Womens Stage.Now as for Hosting this will be Rorysvilles first World Cup hosted in any sport.Within the Country Sports are very important and a succsesfull bid for this will only help boost the Womens Professional League.Joining in the Hosting Bid is the State of Marceau a self governing state withing the Country of Rorysville With it's own National Teams. All in all some very Large Venues will be seen in this Cup.

Scorination
We will use NSFootySim. really nothing else to say here.

Styles
We will allow between +10 and -10 however styles will be entered into the scorinator as half the number you give to keep it between +5 and -5(+10 will be entered as +5, -7 will be entered as -3.5, etc), which is what the scorinator can handle.

RP Bonus
Every RP will get some points, depending on its quality, whether its 1-star, 2-stars, 3-stars, or 4-stars. N00bish two-liners and fake-outs such as spamming will be ignored. Factors determing quality will include lenght, whether r not images and coloured text are used, etc. grammar has no effect on the quality for a variety of reasons.

40 teams, 8 groups of 5. first place reaches knockouts directly, second and third go to playoffs, and playoff winers reach knockout stage. knockout stage: 16 - 8 - 4 - 2 -champion. and don't forget the third place match!
