Since the NS Champions League has reached the final and the NSFA Cup is it the closing stages. I thought why not do it all again, so here we go one more the signups:

The format is almost identical to that of the UEFA competitions:

Positions will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a particular round fills up, an entering team can choose to drop to an earlier round (but not a later round unless all earlier rounds are full). In addition, the number of entrants for a nation is a maximum; you may send fewer if you wish.

Each team's strength with be a fraction of the nation's KPB coefficient. Please tell me what percentage of this amount you would like to go to each club. If unspecified the points will be divided evenly. Try to make sure they add up to 100%

Please state clearly which team is in what round and what percentage of your KPB points will they have. You may also state a prefered three letter nation code.

After World Cup 30 has finished.

Are puppets allowed, and how many can we have?

Yes puppets are allowed, only one per nation, and it's the puppets rank that is used for the puppet's teams.

RP Bonus

This time the RP Bonus will be much higher to encourage RPing, the RP Bonus is cumulative and counts for all your nations teams.

Same nations meeting

You cannot meet one of your own team in the qualifying rounds, they can only meet from the Group Stages onward.

Quick thought on entrants: shouldn't the winners of each competition be guaranteed a spot? And, if so, is that in addition to their existing numbers or as a "replacement"?

Yep if nations sign up before the winning nations signs there is a spot in the NSFA Second Qualifying Round for the NSFA Cup Winners should they want it. And a spot in the Group Stage of the NS Champions League for the NSCL winners should they want it.

As with Liverpool, even if they don't meet the countries requirement for qualifying they will still be entered but in the lowest part of that competition, so the winning nations could have up to one nation more than usual
