The Chairman of the LBC (Londim Broadcasting Corporation) Jimmy Wasand sat in front of the news conference he had called.
"Today the LBC is pleased to announce a new show that will have international status. This is Top Of the Pops. Musicians from around the world and any genre will have the chance to become internationally famous. Any song that is publicly released will automatically have a chance of becoming a number 1 single. The number 1 single will be judged upon radio airtime, downloads of the song,and how many singles have been bought of that song. So we at LBC International invite all bands to release their songs. Each week the chart will change."
This news had caused quite a stir in the conference and indeed the world of music. Finally a place for musicians to compete properly..
