Greetings and salutations from The Kingdom of Philipran. Our most gracious majesty, King Gawain II, has entrusted me to make emmisarial contact with other sovereign states following the death of our previous benevolent ruler, King Aldred VI.
His majesty wishes to convey that the isolation of his Kingdom, which led most neighbours to doubt our existence, is at an end and are also open to trade possibilities. We have more than 700 varieties of cheese and a vibrant heritage of publishing providing a varied but appropriately regulated culture for all to enjoy. Our capital Gavanium is also host to an annual fishing and hunting tournament, taking advantage of the wonderful forest to the north and open ocean to the south, which is to be held next month and to which appointed rulers are cordially invited.
