The story.
The Commandian civil war was in full swing. The rebels ended up winning, and the Republican government was reppelled, making the Commandian Confederation. Many small revolts and attempts to restore the Republican government, but they failed.
Finally, over 65% of the nation joined together to form the Alliance, and beat back the Confedaration. The Republic of New Commandia rose from the ruins of the old one.
Now, this new nation seeks allies, as all of it's previous ones had broken theirs due to Confederate Commandia's hostile acts.
This newer version shall stay neutral towards all nations until either they make an alliance or declare war.
