i have a quick question for who... how does this work???? how do i get weapons & go to war and such?
ooc: Regional ads belong in Gameplay, and death threats are viewed very poorly by the mods.

First of all, read the stickies in the NS and II forums. They explain pretty much everything you need to know about pretty much everything.
Second, either join an ongoing war, or set up a scenario and hope anyone is interested. There are currently a bunch of wars going on, but watch out for those with (closed) in their title... They're closed;) If you're unsure wether you can yoin or not, either TG the thread-starter with a request, or post an offer to aid one of the parties involved.
