As the formal representative of Ulates, I would like to extend my warm greetings to everyone here and say that I as a member of the republic of my country wish to give you word that we want more for the world.
Our goals are to provide more technologically, retain knowledge in schooling and teach people more by trying to allow free schooling into graduate studies (3rd year college level).
We have a low crime rate, and our economy is slowly rising, as we do not believe in hurting one another, our country works together to bring more and more into the vast spectrum of the world and to one day create a region that will be for creation and expansion.
An idealist nation is the key into the future, and we'll preserve these wonderful things within the walls of Ulates.
