We are looking for Donald Mouse, who has escaped from Multiland, apparently via boat. He nearly killed someone due to driving over the speed limit, and in Multiland, in a non-urgent situation, this is attempted murder - the pentaly for which is usually life imprisonment without parole or early release.

If you have any details on him, we would appreciate your assistance. It is imperative that he is brought to justice.

His details:

500lbs (approx. 12 stone 85)

Large nose that looks similar to a beak

Large black ears

Bald head

Likes to walk around naked (though, depending on the laws of your country, he may be continuously wearing clothes)

He has a smily face tattoo on his left thumb

We are offering M5,000 (approximately $3,000) for information leading to his capture.

We will not participate in this search. We believe he may be in Swilatia, but will not do anything about it, and will not hand him over. While if he does crimes in Swilatia he will be punished, we will not hand him over to you. We will let him be free from your country's draconian laws, and being punished without a trial, and for an unreasonable offense. Accidentally injuring some-one is not attempted murder, and the right for a person to have a a fair trial comes above animal rights nonsense.

If he has a penchant for high speed driving, he could very well be in Imitora. And he sounds like one goofy looking bastard, so I doubt it would be hard to find him. If he is that important for you, feel free to come look for him.

We have found him. In Multiland, accidentally injuring someone is not murder, unless that injury is cause by a person deliberately doing something they know is likely to kill another person. Attempting a crime is considered the same as carryong out a crime due to the fact that it was only luck/fortune that prevented the crime becoming actual, not because of any redeeming quality of the suspect.

He has already been subject to a fair trial (all suspects are entitled to a fair trial including legal assistance).

This has nothing to do with animal rights (though if it did have, then too bad - he knew when he entered the country that all lives are valued here).

He is now serving life inprisonment, though the Law of the People of Multiland is under review.
