The newly formed country of nerivia, Spawned out of a civil war/Communist rebellion is taking its first few steps twords a foothold on its new found power. Nerivian president Nicoli Czervick sat down with advisors and decided to milk the country's income all into a defense policy- The already military minded country is looking to Design, Produce, and create its own munitions and unique weaponry. Though the economy currently struggles to keep itself together, The pro-socialist country is prepared to gamble with its stability.
