Do the invasions and the wars exist in NS?

Meh, your English does not sound so bad.
There is no gameplay mechanic for invasion or war, but on this and the International Incedents forum, players have invented their own system of role-playing it. It is pretty self-explanitory, just come up with a realistic military force and have then arrange a war with another player.
There is also something that is called "war" but has no actual violence on the NationStates website itself. Basically, a large group of nations move into a region, secure the position of UN delegate, and eject natives into the Rejected Realms. It is rather boring.
