Cayr is looking for diplomatic visits and embassy treaties
Nations of all government types, beliefs, structures and widenesses, I bring a message from the parliament of Cayr.
Cayr wants to make friends in the world and would hugely appreciate a diplomatic and ambassadorial existence from other countries within our country. I would like to sign a treaty for the founding of an embassy and further peaceful relations between Cayr and those who visit us.

We of Necropatria would be more than happy to perform an ambassadorial exchange with your nation. We ourselves are a fledgling nation, and we know how difficult it is on a people, both culturaly and economically, to exist in a state of perpetual isolation. We have already begun preperations for the clearing of space in Undercity in order to make room for a Cayr embassy within our capital city. A Necropatrian ambassadorial corps will be dispatched to your country as soon as we recieve the final go ahead from the relevant state entity. It is my hope that this marks the beginning of a long and fruitful diplomatic relationship between our two nations.
