The question that all NSPGA Particpating nations face is should NSPGA Players wear full lenght pants all year round or be allowed to wear Knee-Length Pants in hotter months. Please post all opionions on this!

Hmm...
This question has raised many question on the US PGA Tour. Personally i think in the warmer months of Spring through to late summer, they are able to wear knee-lenths but no shorter....
Thats my view anyway!

Toraquay enforces Long Pants on all men all year around except for the summer where knee-lengths are accepted at most course besides a few elite clubs that think there so good!

Im for the Knee-Lengths!

Questions for the Committee: 'Whats our view on Live Golf on TV for the NSPGA? Do we need broadcasting rights?

We are all part of the committe, but i am head of it, so i will answere partially this. As of this event we have just started, the second major... All nations besides the hosting events nation needs broadcasting rights which can be brought here. Simply ask if you want to broadcast the rest of the season or just one event! Yes, we do need broadcasting rights! Even i do!

We are offering $500 Million to broadcast live the entire tour (What remains, still heaps to go) to our national viewers we are offering up to 3 channels for live Golf! We believe viewing will more than triple & could be seeing something around 60-70 Million if not more!

OCC: Broadcasting? Oh, sorry i though we already had these rights...?

We are offering $550 Million to broadcast the NSPGA & its events throughout the season, mainly focusing on the action of the Toraquan Players. Predicted audience numbers would be 30-60 Million on majors & 10-30 Million on Normal Events. Is this acceptable???

OCC: Yes you need rights

I am making it a bare minimum of $650 Million for a seasons worth of Broadcasting Rights! Toraquay who will host the tour next season may change this upon recieving his powers...

Ok, Ok Deal Done! So i have officially recieved the right to host the NSPGA II, coming up! Cool! I think each season, should get better & better, more RP & involvement, the whole set-up! No offense to San Haven (Great Golf RPer) but it can be a lot better! We learn from our mistakes :)

I hope we can use this thread/committee & it could play a larger role in the NSPGAs future!

Even know the NSPGA I continues, i shall allow you (Toraquay) to now take over as committee head until the end of the NSPGA II. As you are host next season, i may well let you get experience for the rest of the season, while i continue to host the NSPGA 1.

Please make this thread as interesting as possible...

So all nations of the NSPGA are welcome to ask all questions & debate on this thread!

OCC: Thanks, it will give me a little experience!

As we know some of the current seasons events are just to easy even if they are ranked difficult. All the time there are players out there constantly shooting 4 rounds in the 60s often mid 60s. Its about time the entire committee got together to prepare harder courses, more realistic courses for the NSPGA II. Do you agree? Those that sumbit courses/events next season will need to give a little course detail (about 4 sentances) on the course & its play.

This will determine course rankings which i will realistically decide. Maximum course difficulty will be 9.8/10 & easist by regulation will be 6.2/10. That way the average final score will be around the 6 under par mark instead of constant 20 under (no offense san haven, i am just making the season harder).

All courses will fall under either of the 3 categorys:
Drivers Course: Where distance is needed for excellent results, not much bunkers, easy greens
Short Game Course: Need top knotch performance around tight greens & bunkers, easy wide fairways, accuracy not needed
Accurate Game Course: Accuracy is needed to achieve best results. Tight Pin Locations, tight tees & tight fairways. Greens average...

Most Courses will be aimed at accurate game courses next season as Drivers Courses will be very minimum.
All my courses will fall under Accurate Game Course or Short Game Course. I may have 1 drivers course!

I will later add what is the minimum expectations for course submittions, thanks!!!

For all my course i will narrow the fairway width another 10 yards, make 'tiered' rough more in play, tight pin locations & bunkers eating into the green. I will aim for courses that i submit to only accept accurate well placed shots...

SHPGA annouces course standards:

The San Haven PGA has annouced several standards it courses must have in order to be submitted to the NSPGA II.
All fairways must be between 32-36 yards in width, Rough that grows thicker as it progresses furthur from the fairway, tight tee locations, greens with at least a 11 on the stimpmeter, bunkers that border the greens fringe, bunkers that lie either on the fairway or between the fairway & rough & water hazards that effectivly come into play on 3 or more holes.

The SHPGA believes all its courses will offer great challenges & hopes it can be a great inspiration to others especially the courses of Los Mexico which are easy than your average local course with very wide fairways, easy grees & rough that is thinner than the fairway...

We could also enforce that a greens speed must be 10 or more on the stimpmeter....

As for the tour how much will the entire tour be! Like the NSPGA 1 was around (i may be wrong) $150 Million for the entire tour. According to gossip the tour seems to be (the NSPGA II) at least $500 Million.

Are we going to have a NSPGA II qualfiying rounds??? Maybe we could just RP it???

Indeed. 10 sounds a great speed, i will make my courses at least a 11 to prevent them from getting too slow, i reckon we should beat this 10 & not go below it...

Yes, i heard it was at least half a billion. Los Mexico shall be giving a generous $150 Million from Official NSPGA II Tour sponsors.
A $1 Billion Dollar Tour sounds awesome with big financial backing! Anyone interested in helping me help Toraquay achieve this???

As for the Qualifying rounds, well i would have to think on this...
