This is a proposed biological weapon for LifeWyze BioTech (See International Incidents for storefront). It would be appreciate if people could check through it for faults before I put it on the website and storefront.
Cheers.
Osteo-4
Osteo-4 comprises of modified osteoclast cells named osteoclast-W cells and glucocorticoids to increase the osteoclast-W activity. The modified osteoclast cells release a disproportionate amount of hydrogen ions, are constantly active and are immune to parathyroid hormones and calcitonin. These cells cause the breakdown of bone structure and begin a form of osteoporosis. Due to the greatly increased volume of hydrogen ions from the overactive osteoclast-W cells, natural osteoblasts are unable to counteract the resorption of bone minerals and the bones of the body begun to be broken down and absorbed by the body. In addition to the resportion of bone, an the release of Interleukin-6 throughout the body, causing the body temperature to raise. It is possible to treat Osteo-4 by successive insertion of osteoblasts into the subjects body and waiting for the osteoclasts to die out, however the exact length of time this would take is dependant upon the number of osteoclast-W cells within the infected person. Osteo-4 was fatal in every subject with the cause of death predominantly due to the increase of body temperature. Those few who were not killed by the increase of body temperature took approximately 20 days to expire from the effects of the osteoporosis.
