A brief diplomatic note was sent from the capital through the various agencies and channels. The FKC states received a personal note from a stern King’s Own while others got the information through embassies or other points of contacts. Those off-planet, such as certain nations within the Order of the Seraphim used the usual methods traditionally employed as before. Many others received a brief missive via fax, secure email, or whatever but as long as the message got through. As far as the Vrakians were concerned, it was not top secret information so it was likely that it might receive a brief 10 second clip on a news broadcast or perhaps make it to page 10 in a foreign paper.

We wish to announce that Vrak now has a new King and shall be formally introduced to the world shortly in his coronation speech. We would like to sincerely thank all of the nations that came to the funeral of the late King. Vrak remembers those that have sent representatives.
For the coronation, however, it is our custom that the ceremony will be an internal affair and therefore no outside invitations shall be sent. However, the new King shall make a formal proclamation to the state of Vrak which shall be broadcast to the rest of the FKC and on secure networks that the Glorious Kingdom currently enjoys diplomatic relations.
May Bok guide and protect our new King!
