Hype, I don't think that Captain Cook lived during the Thirty Years War. That is the time frame we're operating under. Since the utilization of Australia wasn't till Capt. Cook, I don't think they really realize it as anything more than a big rocky island with lots of indigenous people.

I can understand how Krast might think it(and it could technically be viewed as true), but he wouldn't KNOW that Raphael had 'betrayed' him. Raphael is simply shielding against everything.

Krastatros is jumping to conclusions as, in theory, Raph could be doing it to keep Boaz out and he's just a 'bystander' so to speak.

How did Krast locate and read Malthazius's mind so fast? Unless he was really receptive, and I mean really, extraordinarily, unbelievably receptive, wouldn't it have taken some effort to find Malthazius. He's still in France. Well, he was when his mind got read.

It did take him awhile, but I condensed it to one post. The RP is coming to an end, because if we don't finish it soon, it will simply die out.

Mine and Iginis's are walking around on Boaz's estate's grounds but outside the building. Boaz could come talk to them(or send a servent to ask them to come in.)

I can work with that. There are some things that I thought about changing in my characters story anyway. I'll still be using the same one I had.

they are. for the new RP, I think I'm going to do it this way. Only three vampires will be allowed (Katrina, Vladmir, and my new one)> If Woosh is still here then I'll talk to him about what to do. These vampires live in a large fortress like castle. The rest of the characters are hunters. It will start in a tavern where the hunters are, and something will happen. Then we will travel all over the place, fighting stuff until we actually come to the vampires. Is this acceptable to everyone? Also, you can onl RP in it if you dedicate yourself to it. If you can't don't sign up. If you stop RPing, you char is cannon fodder and can't come back. I will talk to you before wasting your character though.

Other than theme, no. You characters can be the same, but the other RP will never have happened. Also, if you want to make a villian, go head, but no vampires. Demons are okay, but nothing uber powerful. Also, in the RP there will be god modd characters for the story (ex: Death). Don't worry, they won't kill you characters, unless you want it that way for some strange reason.

What time period would it be set?

Would love to hop in on it. Would be able to Rp as long as nothing too bad from RL comes in.

I'd prefer if they were already wed. I'm still thinking of the time period. I want to make it different from the last one, and during a war. I might do WWII, and allow usage of some guns, but other weapons would be more useful, and the guns would have to be blessed for certain foes.

WW2 would be awesome. Offers some avenues of evil too for the vampires. Like working out some deal with Hitler or Himmler. Get to prey upon the partisans plaguing the Germans.

Uhh dude...rifles in WW2 were also bolt action spare for the USA's M1 garand and the german Gewher 43. And the MG44, the world's first assault rifle.

There were also SMGs in WW1. But either setting would be cool.

My thoughts- Hitler is under a spell of one of the big three vamps. They started the war to create chaos and of course, blood. As for weapons, I would limit firearms to pistols, rifles, and maybe the occasional grenade. No rockets or machine guns. That be to easy. And as I said, other weapons are more useful, like a sword or cross. The rules for vamps in the old RP (death and weaknesses) are still here. I might start the OOC thread today.

Very nice Briet. I always love a good WW2 horror story with monsters and Nazis. Best one is The Keep by F. Paul Wilson. Be also good to have a group of SS soldiers guarding their castle.

Uzis weren't around then :P MP38/MP40 were the primary German SMGs, the Sten British, The Thompson and later M3 Grease Gun.

The problem with guns is that they require ammo, so eventually people using guns will run out of it, and not be able to get any more for a bit. And again, there will be no automatics or explosives, just pistols and semi automatic rifles. No snipers either. And I decided to nix the grenades.

Yes, but the characters won't interact with the war itself to much, focusing more on the vampires behind the scenes. I think the year will be 1942, but I'm not sure yet.
