I submit that an "EPA" (Environmental Protection Agency) be formed. The world has long suffered because of environment-consuming corporations. The EPA will oversee the use of Mining of uranium, limiting the enviromental exposure. This will not be a ban, but it will enforce strict rules regarding safety standards.

We will not endorse your idiotic resolution. Uranium mining is a staple of the McPsychovillian economy, and to be regulated and/or be supervised by a third party would discourage companies for investing in our nation.
