OOC: DN, the Temari you are using isn't the one from Naruto is it?

IC: Lialai sat on the bridge waiting for something to happen. She looked around at everyone.

OOC: She's one and the same, only older.

Before long, Temari had led Taylor and her two young Genin to the lab she had mentioned. There were two security guards stationed just inside the doors.

"You think you could use a Jedi mind trick on them?" Temari asked Taylor.
"Can't hurt." Taylor said, reaching out into the Force as he moved to the guards. He isn't as good as his brothers in this area, but no slouch either. The guards noticed the young Fire Knight and moved to block him.

"Yo. It wouldn't be a bad idea to let me and my pals in, wouldn't it?" He asked, waving his fingers discreetly.

"No, I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea." One guard said. The other one opened the door to let them through.

So far so good... Taylor thought.

Temari smirked as the walked inside, the guards just smiled back at them. Continuing down the corridors they passed many labelled doors, but only one caught Temari's attantion. 'D.N.A. Library' it read.

"Sounds pretty ominous doesn't it?" she remarked.

Upon the bridge of the Ayreon, Jr was going over their choices.

"As of now, I doubt we could return to that space station," he said. "Mary, take the Durandal to a safe distance."

Yes Little Master, came the reply over the intercom.

"Lialai, everyone, we're going to go closer to the planet, brace yourself we may get attacked."

Zadeth looked up once again to see Master Blexe enter. Zadeth's younger brother Maiyr was with him.

"Would you mind taking the padawan training for today?" Master Blexe asked Zadeth. "The other Masters and I have a few urgent things we need to do."

"Yes Master," Zadeth accepted.

Master Blexe nodded and left the cafeteria. Zadeth turned to the tow padawans and gulped.

How old was Zadeth? Titan wondered. It didn't seem very appropriate to have a kid teaching others how to use a lightsaber. Nonetheless, all Titan did was smile reassuringly.

"Oh we're doomed," Zadeth mentioned lightly hitting his head against the table.

"I hope that wasn't Daniel being right about the Masters," Gorgron mentioned.

Temari smirked as the walked inside, the guards just smiled back at them. Continuing down the corridors they passed many labelled doors, but only one caught Temari's attantion. 'D.N.A. Library' it read.

...The door creaked open and Temari cautiously placed a hand upon her fan just incase. The room lit up as they stepped inside revealing rows upon rows of draws.

"The reason I wanted to check this place out was the rumours of cloning," Temari admitted.

The draws were labelled with a code she couldn't decipher. Perhaps ancient elven or something similar. Ichigo's interest in the draws was too great and he opened one. Inside were test tubes full of strange liquids of many different colours.

"Doesn't look so bad," he said.

Lialai braced herself and waited for something to happen. She would be ready for any situation.

"Those are chemicals for testing DNA." Taylor noted to Ichigo. "Let's see what else is here."

Jr tapped into the controls beside the captains chair and the ship moved forward. The viewscreen changed and now just showed space, somewhere out there was the planet of Svartalfheim.

"How good are you at detecting another force user?" he then asked Lialai.

"So they do do DNA experiments here then," Temari noted.

Ichigo closed the draw and opened another. His eyes widened as he saw a folder contained within labelled 'Kurt Wagner II'.

"They have the Kings DNA?" he wondered.

Temari walked over and picked up the folder. Inside were pages detailing Kurt's DNA. "Yep."

"So they do do DNA experiments here then," Temari noted.

Ichigo closed the draw and opened another. His eyes widened as he saw a folder contained within labelled 'Kurt Wagner II'.

"They have the Kings DNA?" he wondered.

Temari walked over and picked up the folder. Inside were pages detailing Kurt's DNA. "Yep."
"You may be right that they're trying to clone him.." Taylor's mind began to race with possibilities, some not very good.

"That's not good," Temari said, shaking her head.

"He's not the only one," Ichigo then said.

He had opened a few more draws to reveal folders on other members of the royal family including Gabriel. Temari reached in and picked up a folder labelled 'Kurt Wagner I'.

"Even his late father," she said. "If she wanted to, she could clone her whole family. Probably have them engineered so that they would be loyal to her."

"Quite a plan." Taylor mused darkly. He continued to look around the lab for more info on this traversy.

"She's obviously quite warped these days," Temari mentioned, looking through the files.

"It gets worse," came Kimiko's voice.

Temari turned around to see Kimiko holding up a folder labelled 'Gaara'.

"That bitch," Temari cursed. "Bet she has mine too."

Kimiko nodded, holding up a second folder labelled 'Temari'.

"The hell! Now she's going down!" Taylor growled, the air smoldering around him.

"Oh we're doomed," Zadeth mentioned lightly hitting his head against the table.

"I hope that wasn't Daniel being right about the Masters," Gorgron mentioned.

"Why are we doomed?" Titan asked innocently, wondering why Zadeth was hitting his head against the table.

"The hell! Now she's going down!" Taylor growled, the air smoldering around him.

Temari wasn't pleased. "It seems she has files on all the important people to Kurt," she said. "How does she get her hands on our DNA."

"Same way she gets the DNA of Draconis Nightcrawlis allies maybe?" Ichigo asked.

"Why are we doomed?" Titan asked innocently, wondering why Zadeth was hitting his head against the table.

"You have to ask?" Gorgron replied.

"What?" Taylor seethed. He raised his hand, his fingers ready to snap. "Just give me the word, Temari. Just give me the word and this place is torched."

"Not yet," Temari said. "You can torch the room, but not the whole building. I want to find for certain what they have been doing here."

"All right. Finish up, because I don't want this place to last any longer than it has to." Taylor growled.

Temari nodded. "We'll head out, the fire will prove a useful distraction to find out as much as we can before we destroy the whole lab," she said.

Looking over at the other two, she left the room with them in tow leaving Taylor free to burn everything within the room.

"Right. Time to burn, baby!" Taylor grinned menacingly as he snapped his fingers. Sparks flew out and upon catching anything flammable, Taylor increased the oxygen concentration to make the sparks explode. BOOM!

In a few seconds, fire began consuming everything in the room and Taylor's abilities kept it from spreading anywhere else as he walked away to see what other abominable stuff this lab has done...

By then, Temari and the two Genin had arrived in a room where large tubes ran the length of the walls. Each tube contained a green liquid, upon closer inspection each tube also carried what looked like a person. None of them appeared to be aware of their surroundings, they looked to be in medically induced sleep.

"Know this is even more disturbing," Temari scowled. She moved her hand to her fan, unsure of what to do.

"We really can't have clones of our friends and family lying around..." Taylor said, frowning at the tubes. "After all, our enemies will surely make use of them."

He began to prepare the seals for Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu, knowing that it'll cause a lot more damage than his gloves.

Temari nodded. "Now we know they are using them to create clones," she said.

It was at that moment that the fire alarms went off. Ichigo and Kimiko both placed their hands over their ears because it was quite loud.

"That will distract the guards."

"Right, then. Get to destroying them!" Taylor ordered and then executed the technique, blowing out a large ball of fire that exploded a good portion of the lab. He left enough for the other three though.

"And here we were thinking you wanted to do it all yourself," Temari smirked.

She then nodded to the two young Genin before they set about destroying the lab. Temari used her fan to smash open the tubes, the green liquid flowed out but was harmless. Ichigo used a wind technique to push the bodies to one corner of the room piled high should Taylor want to burn them. The room shook as Kimiko used and earth based technique to shake the tubes from the walls and break them open. Once that was done Temari looked over at Taylor.

"Now I think is the time to burn the whole place down."

"Leave that to me. Best get out of here, 'cause it's going to be hot!" Taylor grinned. With that, he began snapping everywhere, causing more and more fires to break out, more fire than the sprinkler system can handle. One spark blew up the bodies in the corner. "Let's go!"

With that, Taylor began to retreat, burning everything of interest as he moved towards the exit.

Temari nodded and headed outside, Ichigo and Kimiko in tow. With the fire in the DNA library raging already, the laboratory was being evacuated. The three ninja's mixed in with scientists and other staff as they headed outside. No one seemed to take any notice of them. Once outside, Temari looked up and saw hundreds of soldiers surrounding the building.

"Lady Nocturnes library has been destroyed," a voice bellowed. "We cannot find those responsible in this crowd, therefore kill them all, let no one escape alive."

"Oh this isn't good," Temari said, she took out her fan and got ready to fight.

By the time Taylor headed outside and noticed the enemy soldiers, he was already completing a second set of seals, longer and more elaborate. When he finished with the Dragon seal, he suddenly pushed the three down as a large number of meteors began raining down on the lab to complete its destruction. Other meteors struck the enemy soldiers as if they were missiles or lasers from the sky.

"Heh. Meteor Shower technique. Takes a shitload of chakra to use, but it works wonders on any building or massed concentrations of enemies." Taylor chuckled as a hot wind rushed over them. "Wait a few seconds, then let's get out while they're distracted by a nonexistant air raid."

The meteor shower began to dwindle soon enough...

"This way," Temari said.

As she had picked herself up from the floor she had spotted an opening. A nearby forest was a good escape route. She could see a few attentive soldiers begin attacking the lab staff, cutting them down with ease.

"Quickly, go!"

Ichigo and Kimiko quickly headed into the woods.

Taylor followed, knowing full well his chakra reserves are limited. The woods are always a good place to hide, he noted idly.

After a while Temari stopped and listened. She heard nothing but the faint screams of men and women being killed.

"That's something I hope I never have to come across again," she said. "We'd better head back to the castle and report what we've seen."

Zadeth grumbled something under his breath, his younger brother Maiyr just silently watched.

"You have to ask?" Gorgron replied.

"Well they wouldn't have picked him if they didn't think he could do it," Titan said, referring to the masters who decided on Zadeth as the substitute teacher.

"Daniels right so we're doomed," Zadeth muttered, raising his head.

"You think this is suitable?" Gorgron remarked.

Zadeth stood up from the table. "Meet me outside in a few," he said and taking his brother he left.

Without waiting for a response, she began to leap through the trees. The two Genin followed and they didn't stop until they reached the castle. Unlike before, the forcefield allowed all four through and the guards on duty nodded to them as they walked inside.

When they returned to the throne room, Kurt and Quatre were back. They looked much happier than before.

"Find anything interesting?" Kurt asked.

"Yeah. Cloning experiments with DNA gathered from everyone important to you including you." Taylor said. "Luckily, we destroyed it."

Kurts eyes widened and there were mumours around the room. Quatre just shook his head.

"We had better make sure there aren't anymore labs like it," Temari suggested.

Kurt sighed. "It's not good that she has the ability to clone," he said, his voice turning rather cold.

Gorgron placed his hands behind his head and headed for the door. "Well we die sometime," he said. "As the Bathory song goes, today is a good day to die."

"Not lightsaber?" Titan said somewhat disappointed. He had really liked their previous lesson the day before where they dueled.

Gorgron just shrugged. "Fucked if I know," he replied. "I left mine in our room."

Looking around a few other padawans didn't have their lightsabers with them.

"Well I did too..." Titan realized, having not even thought about it when he left for breakfast. "I was just hoping..."

Gorgron looked up to see a few more padawans emerge from the academy, behind them was Zadeth.

"Right then, if I fuck up don't blame me," Zadeth told them with an uneasy smile. "I want you all to go and sit by the lake."

Titan wondered what they were doing, but decided not to ask as Zadeth was clearly uncomfortable. He walked down to the lake and took a seat next to Gorgron.

Zadeth sighed as he watched the young padawans walk over to the lack and sit down. "Damn you," he cursed the Masters.

He picked up a sack by his side and walked over to them.

"Ok I want you to pair off."

Titan looked at Gorgron, fully expecting them to once again be partners.

"Might as well," Gorgron said, reading Titans face.

Once all the padawans were paired up, Zadeth was left the odd one out which he was fine with, he reached into the sack and passed out a tennis ball to each pair.

Gorgron looked puzzled. "Srange," he remarked.

"Maybe we are going to play a game," Titan mused jokingly when he spotted the small fuzzy ball.

"You could say that," Zadeth smirked. "It's like catch, only you block the ball with the force instead. I would have used cricket balls but they're harder and I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt."

Several padawans murmured betwwen themselves.

"Now does any pair want to volunteer first?"

Gorgron cast a glance at Titan.

Oh no! Titan mentally slapped himself for the upcoming hour of hell.

All the other padawans stayed quiet.

"Well so much for volunteering," Zadeth sighed. "You two then."

Damn't! If they hadn't talked to him earlier at breakfast, he probably wouldn't have picked them.

"Fine..." Titan grumbled as he got to his feet and prepared to play the 'game.'

Zadeth smirked. "Ok now lightly throw the ball at him."

"Alright. What's next, then?" Taylor asked.

Gorgron raised his hand and stopped the ball in misair. "This is rather boring," he said before throwing the ball back to Titan.

The other padawans were doing the same with varying levels of success. Many were being hit by the tennis balls throne at them.

"I have some spies checking out the various living places she has," Kurt then said. "I won't hear from any them until morning though."

Temari looked over at Taylor. "Which means you should get some rest," she suggested. "You used up alot of chakra."

"Noted." Taylor nodded, feeling that pinch of chakra exhaustion.

"Guest rooms are out that door, if the rooms unoccupided, the door will open automatically," Kurt said. "They're very comfortable."

Once again, as the ball came flying at him, he reached towards it with the force and tried to stop it in midair. The end result was that the ball went tent feet over his head before landing on the ground, so the young padawan retrieved it and tossed it back to his friend.

Gorgron was about to throw the ball back when an errant tennis ball hit him in the head at high speed. The white-haired padawan crumpled to the ground.

Titan was getting prepared to once again attempt - and most likely fail to - stop the tennis ball in midair, when suddenly, Gorgron fell to the ground. "Are you okay!?" Titan asked slightly worried as he ran over towards his friend.

Gorgron groaned. "That hurt," he said.

A young girl with long blue hair came running over. "I didn't mean to hit him I was trying to deflect it and I can't control the force yet and I'm so sorry," she said, speaking fast and never taking a breath.

"He appears to be okay..." Titan said as he looked from Gorgron to the girl. "And belive me, you... I know how you feel."

The girl looked at him. "But he's hurt and it's my fault and I'm so sorry," she said.

"I'll take him to the infirmary," Zadeth said walking over. "You just keep practicing, seems like you'll need it for later."

"Feel better..." Titan said as Zadeth walked away with Gorgron.

"Uh... don't... um... don't feel so bad." His poor attempt at reassuring her.

Zadeth helped Gorgron back to his feet and took him inside. The girl had gone quiet and her partner hadn't come over. She just stared at the academy with wide eyes while the other padawans went back to practising.

What am I supposed to do?

Titan took a seat on the grassy hill a few feet away from the girl. "I think your partner is waiting for you..." he commented as he stared down the line of padawans.

"My twin sister," she said. "It's hard practicing with her we know each other too well."

"That should make it just that more challenging..." Titan commented as there were now three people not practicing the little annoying game.

The girl shook her head. "No because we know what the others doing," she said. "Why aren't the Masters teaching us?"

"I don't know..." Titan admitted. "Another boy said they were up to something... though he was a bit of a meanie. And Zadeth thinks they are acting strange... but I don't know... I have never been at an academy before or been taught by a master."

"I've been here a week, we've been here a week and the Masters are always being secretive and they're always walking around suspiciously and one of them had this box that was glowing pink and my sister said it was a rare crystal but I don't know," she then said.

"Well I think all adults are a little secretive and those with more responsibility are more secretive about it... if not to at least keep us away from whatever it is," Titan mused.

"Yeah, I'm not sure what's in the box either, but he got it when we were in the forest yesterday."

The girls eyes widened. "Master Raven had I think it was Master Raven but I don't know all the Masters here," she then said. "He was alone I didn't see anyone with him and he was walking down to the Masters corridor and I don't think he saw me."

"Yeah, that was him. He is one of the couple masters I know here," Titan replied remembering the box that contained the item he had retrieved from the forest.

"Oh my sister the hyperactive padawan," the voice sounded like the girls voice but her lips didn't move.

Instead a completely identical girl stood beside her.

"And you are?"

"Me? My name's Titan," he responded to her demand for his name. He then realized he had never seen let alone knew the names of these two identical twins.

"Well you're not very titan-like," her sister remarked.

"Guest rooms are out that door, if the rooms unoccupided, the door will open automatically," Kurt said. "They're very comfortable."
"Thanks." Taylor went out the door Kurt indicated and then he chose an empty room and promptly fell asleep after pulling off his red cloak.

Kurt woke early the next day leaving Quatre asleep. As he headed into the throne room, Temari was already there talking to one of the spies, whom incidently was a sand ninja. Since he had nothing worth reporting other than Lady Nocturne hadn't been there, Kurt headed to the dining room to get breakfast.

"Well you're not very titan-like," her sister remarked.

Titan frowned. "I never said I was..." A name was a name, nothing more.

"Names have meaning, state your name will state its meaning," the sister remarked with a yawn. "My name Amaera means swan singer."

"Does that mean you can sing well?" Titan asked curiously.

Amaera glared at him. "Yes I sing to swans," she said. "You can partner my sister since yours is dead or something, I'm taking a break."

"Umm... okay," Titan said as he stood up, ball still in hand from before when Gorgron got hit in the head.

"Your turn," he said as he took a few steps back and tossed the ball lightly to his partner... still not knowing her name.

"I throw like a girl," she said as her sister Amaera walked off.

She held her hand up and it riccoched off an invisible barrier heading back toward Titan.

Once again, for the third time that day, Titan attempted to harness the Force in order to control the little yellow ball. However, this time when he attempted to do so, it went flying backwards at his partner and barely missed her head.

The girl ducked down as the ball went whizzing over her head.

"I don't think that stand in teacher meant for us to try and kill each other but I'm trying my best but I can't focus properly," she then said.

Titan hunkered to the ground, annoyed that he could not control the small yellow ball.

"You should do the same it'll help I know it will because thats what my sister did and she's so much better than me right now and I'm going to be better then her and I'll be like out mum," Kanae then told him.

The next morning, Taylor headed down to the mess hall refreshed and ready to eat. He murmured good morning to the people already there and then poured himself some coffee before grabbing an egg and sausage sandwich and a newspaper and sat down to read it.

"You should do the same it'll help I know it will because thats what my sister did and she's so much better than me right now and I'm going to be better then her and I'll be like out mum," Kanae then told him.

"There is just one major city called Theed - at least on the surface - and it looks very different than anything I have seen here. Of course, there are a couple more cities in the water where the Gungans live, but other than that there are only a few smaller settlements. No more than a few hundred million people from what I've learned."

Then Chibi Kurt grabs Chibi Nocturne's amulet and the two Jedi chibi run away quickly.
