The city of Kolgujev in recent years has grown to approximately 840,000,000 people. And rather than expanding outwards from it's impressive 740 sq. mile land area, it is now growing upwards. Skyscrapers housing entire cities of 200,000 to 400,000 people that are 1500+ stories tall are now appearing all over the capital city. The Nichols Hills Luxury Village, which is the tallest building in Kolgujev, and the second tallest building in Oologah is 1960 stories tall, and houses 250,000 people, and has a self-contained power source. On the roof is a 400ft tall flag pole that is heavily reinforced to survive the winds up there and an indoor garden. All floors are pressurized in this building, and there are magnetic levitation shafts to go between the different levels. The Nichols Hills Mayor holds claim to the entire 1959th and 1960th stories. There is a 100 level basement that goes 800 feet into the ground. The main reactor is capable of producing enough power for 3 buildings of the Nichols Hills building's size. The Kolgujev ODFA Recruit Depot has been moved from outside the city limits into a dedicated 13000 foot tall building that is 2 miles by 2 miles. The amount of traffic congestion caused by 840 million people has neccessitated an advanced mass transport system. Kolgujev Masstrans is made up of the city busses, the 25 level ElTrain system, and the Kolgujev Subway, which is one of the most advanced in the world. Even though approximately 85% of all Kolgujev people use the mass transit system, car traffic on the 40 level street system is usually very congested.
