In a televised statement of ETV (Eonopolis TV), the Great and Dear Leader General Dante Spano announced, "an end to all religions who pray/worship to God(s). All Christians, Jews, Catholics, Hindus, Muslims, etc. who have caused so much more trouble than peace over the span of world history, are herby banned in Eonopolis.

Instead, the Loved General Spano proposed a, "new Eonopolis; one that requires all of it's citizens to be members of 'The Church of Eonopolis' a church that worships not crazy Gods, but the state and its leaders."

The purging of all opposition religions has been planned, and will begin shortly across Eonopolis.

On behalf of the nation of the Secular Kingdom of Maraque, I hereby declare Eonopolis a sworn enemy of the Kingdom.

OOC: I meant for you to be a bit more specific, but that matters little if you answer the last part of the question (will they assimilate well?)

The lonely KMAV recon satalite floated in the earth's orbit, monitering the situation as it unfolded. Public transmissions were picked up, photos taken, nothing beyond the normal activity of a recon satalite. Then, of course, as was always the case, someone did something stupid. Cornelian aircraft, in a rather open act, had fired shots into Eonopolisian territory, and the images were picked up live by the KMAV.

These images were then, as per chain of command procedures, sent to the Imitoran Naval Intelligence Office, where, as were all pictures deamed of importance, they were quickly analyzed, disected, infered to, and in other ways studied. Technolgy specialists looked at the weapons and craft being used, number crunchers looked at the general cost of the single launch, and stratagists went to work comming up with a general plan of action. This, was then, as most beurocratic operations go, filtered up through the chain of command.

Unit commanders, heads of certain agencies, and final the President's Chief of Staff looked over the info, the plans, the options, the images, and even the words exchanged. It was the standard battle of the pissy upstarts, a bunch of young nations trying to flex a non existant bicep, only to have the big boys of the international playground pulled in.

The meeting discussing solution to the issue was itself brief. Gibbson was informed of the situation, given the plans, and a number of possible reactions to each plan. Elections were comming up, and Gibbson of course, like all Presidents, wanted another run. And he had to think about what was not only best for Imitora, but also the people, and of course, the election. It was therefore decided that Imitora would get involved.

The response would be, however, light. A reprimand was to be issued to the Cornelian government, and a few more satalites were quickly deployed to moniter the situation. In the event of a massive force increase, outbreak of increased combat operations, or assault on Eonoplisian grounds that would constitute a gross violation of their national soverignty, Imitora would respond in kind with quick, and as expected, deadly, force.

Out at sea, the navy was preparing for its invasion of Eonopolis. Troops were getting ready to get into their boats but first, the orders are to let the air force to have their fun with the ground targets before the actual invasion began.

Back at the Capital, additional troops were being deployed to Earth to assist the colonial forces in this cultural struggle to keep freedom of religion intact.

Swilatia has already started its actions against Eonopolis. hundreds of soldiers were taken on to transports headed for eonopolis. We will also send battleships to escort the transports.

The Master General's plan is to get the soldiers to the capital city of eonopolis, so that we can overthrow Spano, as well as liberate any concentration camps they come across, if there are any. This is beacause eonopolis actions gve us the supicion that there are death camps in eonopolis.

Statement from the Kremlin

While the Tsar applauds all of the nations willing to stand up against the corrupt and tyrannical government of Europolis, it must condemn the hasty actions of the nations. Yes, the Tsar issued an ultimadum, but Europolis responded by allowing those oppressed to leave, and has not stated he would NOT attend negotiations.

Kanami will remain at peace, but favor the side of thoes wanting to reform the government. But we can't say we approve of the military force being used against Enopolis. We strongly condemm the actions of Enopolis, but this is not something to cause massive blood shed over. It was perferd that we gave the citizens the means to overthrow their corrupted Government themselves, and not drop bombs on it. In part we see eye to eye. We don't like to see innocent blood shed, even though sometimes that is the price of freedom. Kanami offerd to send in smaller more specilaized groups to target the Government agents, but it seems our proposal went unanswerd. The Crimes Enopolis has committed are revolting in the modern world. We don't approve of bigiotry, even if they peacefully expelled minorities. We don't find the nations fighting to restore freedom in Enopolis hypocritic, or terrible at all. If anything we must praise them for acutally having the guts standing up to a bully dictator. If no one stood up to our Grand Chancellor, M.S. may very well be a dictatorship. And I thank the nations that stood up to our Chancellor.

Isn't that what the world did in World War II, when Hitler was slowly concquring Eruope, and massacering thousands, many of our own kind among them? Oh for heaven's sakes, post casualties already before I do decide to do something that I vowed myself never to do.

Uncle Noel would probably use this time to propose the solution that, to prevent war, he would offer asylum to the government of Ecopolis. Then a democratic regime could be imposed and war prevented.

You will all suffer for this. International law cannot simply be the invasion of regimes which do not suit your own. Pythogria previously noted that he (or she, being unsure of the sex of your leader) would note a nation on a list of mature governments. You will all be noted on a similar list within the Fiefdom of nations that have no regard for international law. You will all be noted on a similar list within the Fiefdom of nations that have no regard for international law. Commander Cody sends messgage to the army to have 2/3 of the forces move back to the atlantice. the rest of the forces seeing no major opposition continues on it's way to the capital city of Eonopolis.

As swilatian forces have hade no armies trying to stop them, they have reached the coast of eonopolis.

Rheingua has also reached the coast dumbfounded ny the lack of resistance.Soldiers and armow will begin marching thru the twons and cities now.
