NationStates Jolt Archive

I want to make my country as realistic as possible (to a limit), and I want to have a screen with train times that changes like the ones at train stations do... does anyone know if it's possible to get a free cut-and-paste script for this (or for something else but where I can modify it to work like this) anywhere on the web?

I know of a few free javascript sites, but some offer mostly download-only (not cut-and-paste) scripts and I don't know exactly what to search for anyway

I think this would be best asked in technical, or general.
