The CO Springs School would like to offer you three separate contracts:

Firstly, his Excellency, President Barry Fagin, would like to buy the 6,100 sq. ft. penthouse in Maraque's Darkaan Province for $35 million. His Excellency plans to use it as a vacation home for his frequent diplomatic journeys to Maraque and other nations in the region.

Secondly, his Excellency would appreciate if you could build a new presidential palace in our capital of Jurassic Springs. This home should come with all possible accoutrements, and we are willing to pay a total price of $80 million for the new palace.

Lastly, but most importantly, a horrific fire recently devastated Jurassic Springs' most affluent suburb, Kodiakaka. The fire grew to unimaginable proportions and had consumed nearly an entire province by the time it was finally controlled. Thankfully, very few lives were lost, but four million homes were destroyed.

As this was an affluent suburb and we are desirous of replacing these homes as soon as possible, we would like to commission four million luxury homes. We are willing to pay $400,000 for each home, for a total of $1.6 trillion. I must stress that these homes must be replaced ASAP, as that area will soon play host to a major NSPGA tournament and the infrastructure must be able to handle the golfers, press, and tourists.
