From: Her Excellency, Minerva Karamanlis, Viscountess Kairis, His Most Esteemed High Majesty's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
Your Excellency,
We are always happy to exchange embassies with any nation upon the simple condition that diplomatic norms or diplomatic immunity and consular extraterritoriality be observed. We can easily make an appropriate structure available to you here in Tarana and shall do so promptly.
We have consulted with the Government and spoken to His Majesty and we have received word that His Majesty intends to accredit Aert Baans as ambassador to your nation. Ambassador Baans shall arrive so soon as all the necessary details have been arranged.
Sincerely,
Kairis

My friend,
Be assured that diplomatic norms or diplomatic immunity and consular extraterritoriality will be observed to the fullest. We can arrange a meeting between us if the governments of our nations consent to the idea.
We have also consulted with the Government of Roman Greece. Our nation will accredit Karl Renner as ambassador to your nation. Ambassador Renner shall also arrive so soon as all the necessary details have been arranged by our nations to a point of which both nations can accept.
Sincerly,
Georgios

Your Excellency,
A meeting between us is entirely agreeable. However, my duties here prevent me from travelling to Roman Greece in the immediate future. I have recently returned from a foreign trip and a Government Minister may not spend so much time abroad. If you were to visit the Resurgent Dream, it would certainly be possible for us to meet in Tarana.
Sincerely,
Kairis
Meanwhile, the Roman Greeks were furnished with a suitable building for their embassy and all the legal work of turning it over to them was taken care of. The Danaans, for their part, began preparing a staff for their new embassy in Roman Greece and sent over a number of designers and security personnel to assure that the embassy was prepared to receive its staff.

The Danaan plane set down. As the ramp lowered, Aert Baans, the newly appointed ambassador, appeared in the doorway of the plane. He was a healthy man in his late fifties whose hairline was just starting to recede. He smiled ever so slightly as he looked around at his reception.

A offical of Roman Greece came to him and said ''Welcome, Mr. Baans. I will lead you to your new embassy.'' As they got into a limo, they came to a medium sized building, with the Resurgent Dream nation's flag on its roof. ''This is your new 100 percent furnished embassy. We will help you set t up the way you like it.'' the offical said.

Baans frowned deeply, looking at the official, who'd given neither his name nor his office, with a fair degree of anger . "To help me set it up? We've had people over here to set it up for weeks and have been in regular contact with them, obviously. I don't understand what you mean just taking me to a furnished building and talking as though you expect me to personally set up shop. Are my staff not already manning the building? Have Danaan designers, landscapers, technicians, and security personnel not been at work on this building for a month? I was expected to be presented to your Head of State according to the norms of international diplomacy."
Meanwhile, Kairis went through her mail, patiently wondering when Georgios Sphrantzes would respond to the letter she had sent him some time ago. It had just idly passed through her mind as she was going through her daily correspondence. She shrugged slightly and moved on to the day's tasks.
Meanwhile, of course, the Greco-Roman embassy was fully prepared with the cooperation of the Greco-Roman officials and they were allowed to take their part in preparing it fully as soon as they decided to do so.

OOC-Sorry if my post was bad and I did believe Georgios replied to the letter.
IC-''Everything in the building is good, Mr. Baans. Your nation can move in whenever it wants to...'' the offical began to say. Then he said ''If I did not say already, I am Manuel De Montfort, a offical in the Foreign Ministry.'' Manuel led Aert Baans to the building and gave him a tour of it, telling him that his nation could move in whenever they wanted. ''I hope everything is ok with you, Mr. Baans. Anything you need, you can just request it.''

Sorry for that, must have not remembered this thread. Shall we continue? I say we should start fresh or something.
