Player of the Year
Laurie LeClerc - Captera Athletic
The almost unanimous choice for the award, the 24 year old Bettian striker was the driving force behind his new team's title challenge, almost leading them to victory. He appeared in 37 games, scoring 23 goals, to go along with 9 assists and 12 MotM awards, earning him a rating of 7.90. Despite his young age and the fact that this was only his 2nd year at the club, he was given the captaincy band halfway through the season due to his leadership abilities. He become the 2nd non-Nedalian so far to capture the coveted award.
Young Player of the Year
Jimmy Kelly Captera Athletic
The 22 year old striker was LeClerc's partner in the Captera strikeforce, actually netting a league record 33 goals, breaking Matis old record of 31. While not quite the all-around package his captain is, Kelly's sheer power and ability to score makes him possibly the most dangerous marksman in the Premier League. His performance this season earned him an immediate call-up to the Nedalian national team, where he is bound to impress the international crowd.
Goalkeeper of the Year
Joseph Smythe Honsfield Athletic
The first GK to win the award other than Derrell Lynch, Smythe had a superb season for the new champions, spearheading the defence that became the most feared in the Premier League. At 32 years old, experts predict he has quite a few more years to go due to his excellent physical fitness, and with performances like the one this season, that is good news for Honsfield. Hailing from Nova Britannicus, Smythe recorded 18 clean sheets in 38 appearances, a league high for the season.
Defender of the Year
Jimmy Trant Honsfield Athletic
The 27 year old defender from Nova Britannicus claimed the award after putting forth one of the finest seasons ever recorded by a defender in the Premier League. Appearing in all 38 matches, Trant scored 5 goals, handed out 7 assists, and recorded 8 MotM awards to go along with his 7.80 rating. His ability going forward, while always impressive, was anted up a level this season, but never did it jeopardize his defensive duties. Alway in complete control of himself and the backline, he led the finest defensive line, statistic wise, the Premier League has ever seen thus far.
Midfielder of the Year
Constantine Shoreland United
Could not lead his team to repeat as champions, but still came in as runners-up because of this 24 year old right winger. He appeared in 35 games, scoring 9 goals, giving out 19 assists, and earning 6 MotM awards to go with the 7.70 rating. He was a bit more inconsistent than his record breaking year last season, but even then, he still was the best midfielder in the Premier League, which speaks volumes about the talent he possesses. Has become one of the Lions' main attacking options.

Foreign Report
Bettia
Omar Whistler: His 2nd year at Strundanne AC was almost a carbon copy of his first...The 26 year old midfielder, who came on Free Transfer, recorded 3 goals, 5 assists, 3 MotMs, and record a rating of 7.32 in 35 appearances...Continues to impress the folks in Strundanne, who classify him as one of their favorites.
Ziyad Farmer: The most expensive Bettian in the Premier League had a better season this year than his first...Despite his club Porasse AC seemingly taking a step back, the 22 year midfielder developed significantly, getting more comfortable to the Premier League style of play...Had 4 goals, 4 assists, and 1 MotM award in 36 appearances...His strong play led him to become a fulltime starter for the club.
Laurie LeClerc: See Player of the Year above.
Hockey Canada
Kyle Thomas: The 21 year old Edensanne United GK did not have a good season this year...The club finished 18th amongst bickering and drama, causing a loss of focus in Thomas, who had many miserable games...Still, the blame cannot be placed on him solely; the defensive line was arguably the club's worst aspect...Retains his position as starting GK, but will need to improve on his 6.77 rating next season.
Chris Kormack: The 29 year old Edensanne United defender could be blamed for the defensive collapse of the squad, but for different reasons than the obvious...Was injured in his 2nd game, and only appeared 4 times after that as a substitute at the end of the season...By far the club's best defender, without him, the defensive line fell apart...Physically, one of the toughest players in the Premier League, but it will be interesting to see how his knee holds up next season after such a brutal injury.
Rahul Kulkarni: 25 year old Edensanne United left winger...Team finally got tired of his inconsistency and showed him the bench...Potentially, could be one of the better wingers in the Premier League, but just cannot seem to learn how to cross the ball...That, and his inconsistency made him a substitute in the 2nd half of the season...Appeared a total of 25 times, scoring only 1 goal and recording 2 assists...Will likely start next season on the bench as well, unless he shows marked improvements in his game.
Yannic Perrault: If there was one bright spot in the Edensanne United side, it was the 23 year old central midfielder...Clearly, he does not deserve to go through what he did last year...Composed and mature, he was his team's best player by far, recording 4 goals, 8 assists, and 4 MotM awards in 36 appearances...Remains club captain, and takes the role seriously...Unfortunately, possesses no help around him...Has committed himself to the club, claiming that he wants to lead them to the top...Is possibly the most in-demand player in all of the Premier League.
Hypocria
Peter Costanzo: Bronkstone FC suffered a setback in the table this year, but it wasnt because of Costanzo...The 26 year old right winger played well, netting in 5 goals and providing 9 assists, to earn 3 MotM awards...Wasnt enough to help his faltering club, but has claimed he loves playing in Kafra...Good cross, good shot, and good passing ability, can always be relied on.
Victor Blanco: The 25 year old Bronkstone FC striker had a decent season, but not quite as good as in the past...Appeared in 30 games, scoring 12 times and providing 3 assists...Had a slightly inconsistent season, but that could be blamed on the fact the service to him wasn't all that good...Has the shooting ability go for atleast 20 goals a season provided he gets the right support...Will be looking to improve on his game next season.
Krytenia
Ray Lausano: One of the most dangerous strikers in the Premier League, the $3.6 million striker had a great season for Dorpar AC this year...His 2nd year in the Premier League, he topped the 19 goals he scored last year with 23 this year...His team's primary weapon, has eased the blow of losing Tim James to Caledon Simpson in Krytenia...His value has risen to over K10 million, but Dorpar remain adament to keep him, with good reason.
Nova Britannicus
Joseph Smythe: See Goalkeeper of the Year above.
Gordon Buxton: The 26 year old Honsfield Athletic defender was the perfect ying to Jimmy Trant's yang...Where Trant remains calm and collected, Buxton is always fired up and ready for a fight, which is not neccessarily a bad thing in a defender...Him and his country mate made up the Premier League's best defence this season, and possibly the Premier League's best defensive duo ever...Agile, quick, and strong, though not as talented as Trant going forward...Was also a Defender of the Year candidate.
Jimmy Trant: See Defender of the Year above.
Henry Maitland: The 24 year old Honsfield Athletic right winger finally had his break-out season, after years of frustrating inconsistency...It was not a coincidence that his breakout year was also the year his club won the championship...Tremendous physical speciman, can finally say that he has the consistency to match...Tortured defenders all year long, scoring 8 goals and handing out 15 assists, to go with 7 MotM awards while appearing in 35 games...Was 2nd behind Constantine in the Midfielder of the Year count.
Spruitland
Lee Beck: 26 year old Brickell United left winger...His team had a better than expected season, as did he individually...Ironed out his inconsistency problems and provided solid play for his club throughout the season, scoring 3 times and dishing out 7 assists in 34 games...Still, one cant help but ask for more from the obviously talented winger...Recently committed himself to the club by signing a new, 3 year deal.
Starblaydia
David Bentley: If the awarded existed, then the Starblaydi would have easily taken the Manager of the Year award...Has molded Honsfield Athletic into a ruthless winning machine...Not many wouldve predicted the Sharks to be Premier League champions, and credit must go to Bentley for making it happen...Superb tactician and motivator, his method of defense first has started paying off...Leads the club into next season as clear favorites to retain the title because of the dominance shown this season.
