This document has been prepared by the citizenry of the Free Tulsan Republic to state to the world that we will no longer bow to any foreign power - not even our former masters on the mainland. We have gone to great lengths to ensure our freedom from our corrupt former masters, even to the point of saving up all of our hard-earned currency to constuct the artificial platform we now call home. It is our wish to grow and live unhindered by those that wish us harm, and also to assist those who wish freedom like unto our own - to the point of intervening militarily if need be. We also express our wish to coexist peacefully with those nations which respect the rights of individuals to do what they wish, but who also understand that law must be maintained. Understand that we have no wish to upset the world's balance of power. We just want to live.
