Hi, This is my first post, i just have not gotten around to it yet, and I was wondering, is there a region that is mostly left-leaning, democratic, relativeley small so that you can be noticed, but has Some influence on the world stage. please , Please dont innudate me with 5000000000 advertisements though, only post if your region fits the criteria. also, if there is another active thread on the same topic, please tell me

Also, can someone please tell me what a role-play in this game is, because the only other role playing things i know of are RPG, of course, and RPG board games.

Well about your first question,sorry. Dont know any small regions. You could make your own region. Now for your second question,since NationStates does not simulate war and trade and other stuff,we role-play(pretend,dont know what word to say)important events to make up for that. If you want help about that,go to the International Incidents section and read Euroslavia's guide to RPing.

but, that guide only tells you what to do once you get into rp mode, not how you get to it, which is what i wanted to know :confused:

... you get into RP mode by posting in an RP with an element to it's story.

Hello, I know of a region that you can join that fits what you are saying. It is called ISAF2. It is the region that I am in. We have fun and we are all pretty much RP experts. We can all show you the ropes. We do have alot discussions and if someone disagrees with you prepare to hear their mouth. You can come join us anytime. Look me up. I am the Foreign Minister of the region. The UN Delegate is Alibakkar. Other nations in the region include Cerealean, Robonic, The Mok, Mko, and Etouri. Hope to see you soon in our region. Also most of us are 3 billion and up in population so you might be the youngest in the region.

nevermind. I have moved to Antarctica. not to be confused with the much smaller Antarctic :D
