I want to start a Nation States World Football League.
1. I am going to use NCAA 06 for gameplay.
2. there will be 119 available spots.
3. submit team name and pick an existing college football team for me to edit. example-Hurleyland Vipers/Texas Longhorns.
4. It will be a college style season, but at the end i will have a tournament with the top 16 rated teams.
5. I will permit one created player per team and that player can be maxed to the limit.
6. I will leave it up to you guys for rosters and press releases.
