Following the death of the Fantasy World Union's old leader, James Harding, chaos erupted in the growing nation. James had managed the nation in every way, and his death left the nation dead. The police force crumbled, foreign relations were shut off, and what was left of the government struggled to cope.

The FWU was originally founded by colonists from Moo-Moo Land, and the government sent representatives to MML in a plea for help. It didn't take long for a response, and Nishant Tharani resigned from his position as co-leader of MML, leaving Kirby as the sole leader. FWU governmental jets escorted Nishant Tharani back to Lax, the capital. There, he was inaugarated on January 1st 2006, and peace returned to the FWU.

The new leader has announced a focus on developing the fragile economy, and strengthening national relations with other nations.

To celebrate the new leader, a banquet has been announced, and all interested nations are invited to participate. Representatives are asked to land at the recently serviced Airstrip-Alpha, and from there will be escorted to the banquet hall in Lax.

The preperation for the banquet were complete. Decorations had been strung up across the room, huge blue streamers and even the odd balloon. Tables were arranged next to each other, and chairs had comfortable cushions laid on them. Expensive chinaware was laid on the silk tablecloths, and the napkins were neatly arranged. The finest chefs were busy in the adjoining kitchen. Nishant Tharani was upstairs, awaiting the first guests. Everything was ready.
