OOC-A little background info for anyone who dosen't know about the castlevania series of video games, there will be spoilers in this link- http://castlevania.classicgaming.gamespy.com/storyspoil.html

Three players will be needed, I will be the fourth.
Character Creation
Name- obvious
Gender- again, obvious
Age- see above
Apperance- what your character looks like, any distiguising features.
Class- choices are as follows
1.Vampire killer- a blemont warrior, uses chain whip and subweapons
2.Aerobat- a ninja or pirate, like Maxim of Grant
3. Magician- a belnades, uses a staff and elemental magic
4. Servant-a former villian, you can get creative with this one
Info- their backstory
Abilities-start with three, you get more powerful ones as you go on, make them feasible. Only one can be used per post.

The RP will take place in 1776 in Transylvania, in the forests around Dracula's Castle, and will continue into the castle as the story goes on.

I'll start out.

Name- Eric Belmont
Gender-Male
Age-18
Apperance- a blonde haired male, wearing a black and red tunic with black leather boots and a black cape, hair just below ears, blue eyes.
Class- Vampire Killer
Info- The son of Juste Belmont, this young warrior is eager to prove himself, and with the recent resurgence of Dracula due to the chaos in the world, he fiercely goes into the forests to confront his destiny.
Ablities-Throw Knife- Eric tosses a hunting knife at his foes.
Throw Axe- an axe is thrown in an arc above Eric
Throw Holy Water- A vial of holy water is smashed on the ground, it burns the flesh of unholy enemies.

IC-Eric calmly walked into the pitch black forest. He could see better than most people at night, so he wasn't afraid of ambush. Ever since his village was attacked by a very large wolf, Eric knew things were not right. The wolf, called a Warg by his father, ran into the woods, and Eric was to kill it. But he knew that his quest would be longer and harder than that. He knew Dracula was here. And with the legendary Vampire Killer whip, some knives, axes, and vials of holy water, he would face off with the ultimate evil. But what he didn't realize is that he would not have to fight alone.

OOC- I will start the rest when I get another player.

Class-Aerobat-(Assassin)
Info-A mysterious man with extraordianary abilaties to blend in with the shadows, Nexlon is an experianced and deadly assassin. Armed with a long Half-Moon scythe, several hidden knives, and a crossbow, he is an effective silent killer, but can hold his own in a brawl. It is unknown why he wears a mask
Abilities-Vanish-Nexlon blends in perfectly with the darkness, allowing him to silently creep around unseen.
Grapple-Nexlon can climb nearly verticle surfaces, including trees, towers, and high walls.
Silence Enemy-Nexlon creeps up behind enemies and either impales, knifes, or shoots his opponent in the back without alerting anyone around him.

OOC-Welcome Ravea, and now I will start the RP just follow along any way you want, hopefully more people will join.

IC-As Eric walked, he noticed something following him. He could hear it stalking him from behind. He quickly grabbed the vampire killer whip and spun around. At first he saw nothing. The darkness seemed to conceal everything. Suddenly, he heard a rustling in a tree. There was no wind. He looked up into the tree and saw what looked like a white mask floating in midair. Then he realized that it belonged to a cloaked figure. "Who are you, and what business do you have?" Eric asked. Before the figure could answer, a vicous growl was heard and both men realized they were surronded by a group of 4 wargs. The two men looked at each other, than sprang into combat. Eric whipped one in the face. It backed up and reared it's head back. Then it blasted flames at him. Eric gasped in pain, but then, when the warg was distracted, he hurled a vial of holy water at the beast, which promptly burst into flames. Eric then turned around to see how the other figure was handling the situation.

The cloaked figure quickly unleashed a flurry of sharp punches to the snarling face of one of the Wargs, angering and confusing it. That was all the time that the mysterious man needed to hack off it's head with his long scythe, which passed through his opponent easily. He grunted as another Warg jumped on him, knocking him to the ground and snapping at his face. As the man kept the creature at bay by hitting the Warg in the face with the handle of his scythe, he slipped out a large, hooked knife out of his clothing and quickly slit the animal's throat. The Warg gasped for breath, then died.

The man brushed himself off as he rose from the ground, then quickly drew a hidden crossbow and shot a quarrel straight in Eric's direction. Eric dodged, only to find the arrow stuck in the face of the final warg, who was preparing to jump the Belmont from behind.

"You can thank me later," Said the man as he reloaded his crossbow and hid his weapons inside various pockets inside his dark clothes. "The name is Nexlon."

"Nexlon, was it? Well, my name is Eric Belmont. Thanks for that. However, I must know what you are doing here. The Castle of Dracula lies near here. You saved me, but you still seem suspicious. Whatever your motive is, tell me. Also why do you wear that mask?" Eric had many questions for this mysterious man. He continued to ask as they walked through the forest. Soon, the Castle was beginning to apperar on the horizon.

"I'm an assassin, if you must know."

Nexlon rose his hands as Eric drew back from him.

"Don't worry, though. You're not my target; Indeed, I haven't had a target in a while. I've been on the run for the past month by the men of a recently dead and rather powerful duke; I thought I could pursuade them from chasing me any longer by straying to Dracula's castle. It worked; the men who were chasing me are terrified by the legends of Dracula. As of now, I'm open for hire. All I want is some food and money."

He peered at the castle as it slowly came into view.

"That," He said, "Is a very big castle."

He paused for a moment before continuing.

"As for the mask, it's a neccessity. First, it helps conceal me in the darkness. Second, I don't want anyone recognizing me, and my face is...you could say it's rather recognizable."

"Alright, well if your as good as you looked back there, then your hired. I have food, and their will most likely be treasures in the castle." Eric held out his hand and shook Nexlon. Still, he wondered who he could be. He said he was familiar. But, he was skilled, and he could definitly help Eric in the castle. As he approached closer, both men heard a vicous roar. They turned around to see a warg, only this one was this size of an elephant.With lightning speed it pounced on Nexlon, and tossed him away with it's massive jaws. Eric threw an axe at it's face, and it merely shrugged it of. "This is going to be more difficult than I thought" Eric said as the Alpha Warg moved towards him.

Nexlon caught a branch of a tall tree as he was tossed aside by the giant Warg; he started scaling to the top of the big tree, firing his crossbow at his massive enemy as he went upwards. The crossbow quarrels peirced the thick skin of the Warg, but only seemed to make it madder. Nexlon hurled several long knives at the giant beast before flinging himself from the tree, smashing down on the Warg with his Scythe. The sharp curved blade sliced off the Warg's left ear at the head; the beast sqealed and thrashed around, yet again throwing Nexlon aside like a rag doll.

The Warg jumped onto Nexlon, it's claws and teeth swiping at him, drawing blood. Nexlon swept his Scythe upwards, piercing it's stomach. This only made the giant warg madder.

"Get this thing off me!" Grunted Nexlon as the Warg continued to attack him, stomping it's feet and trying to bite into his flesh.

The Alpha Warg moved closer to Nexlon's throat. It was just about to bite when the Vampire Killer was slammed into it's side. It gasped in pain, and turned to face Eric. It reared it's head back to breath fire, but Eric was prepared. As it opened it's mouth, he hurled a vial of holy water into it's mouth. Flames erupted and scorched it's face. Eric thought it was finished, but it moved towrads him for another pounce. As it junped, Eric unleashed a mighty swing of the Vampire Killer and hit it square in the forehead with the whips spiky ball tip. The warg hit the ground and howled it's last howl, before it died. "You alright?" Eric asked Nexlon as he approached him to give him medical treatment.

"Fine, thanks for asking." Nexlon pulled out a roll of bandages from his clothes and wrapped up his left shoulder, which had a deep claw wound from the Warg. He cracked his back and streached himself out, checking for other wounds and finding nothing major.

"I'll be okay; it's just a small flesh wound." He grimiced as he flexed his shoulder, looking at the charred body of the warg.

"That's a good trick-the whole thing with the fire, I mean. How did you do that? Some kind of chemical in those vials?"

"The flame comes from the blessing of the water. It's holy water. When it touches the body of an evil or unholy being, like the minions of Dracula, it burns them. Anything blessed can be used as a weapon. Like this." Upon saying that, Eric pulled out a cross. "A cross thrown the right way can come back to you, like a boomerang. And like the holy water, it harms evil beats. Come, we should get going. Dracula's castle is still far away. We may have more beasts to contend with.

OOC-You can now add a new ability to your list. It can be more powerful than your other three, and it can be combat related.

Eric's new ability-Cross- Eric throws a boomerang-like cross, which causes damage to enemies.

Note- we still can use two more players. This RP is open to all people.

"That's a very useful thing to have." Nexlon rubbed his shoulder, then reached into his sleeve and pulled out a few long, silvery objects. "I've got a few tricks myself. These are quicksilver needles spring-loaded with poison; strike a vital point, and you get instant death. Strike anywhere else, and you get a slow, agonizing death from the mixed venoms of several different snakes and spiders."

Nexlon peered at the castle as the pair continued through the forest.

"What exactly are we going to do once we get inside Dracula's castle, anyways?"

OCC:Nexlon's new abilaty:Quicksilver needles. These needles slow down and eventually kill enemies, and can kill instantly if they hit a vital point.

Eric stared at the castle before he gave Nexlon an answer. "My family has a special gift, or curse if you look at it that way. We have great skill and are more powerful than a normal human. But we use these gifts to destroy evil. There are many forms of evil. Dracula is the chief form of evil in this realm of being. He commands an army of undead, monsters, renegade humans, even demons given to him from Hell. His army is full of mightier beasts than others, such as th alpha warg we faced. These creatures are more difficult to kill. So, as for what we will be doing there, we are going to destroy Dracula and keep him destroyed for the next hundred years. Also, the castle as a massive treasury, so you will find the money you seek for you services. Come, we still have a distance to go before we reach the castle."

After walking through the forest for hours, Eric and Nexlon came to a small boneyard. Behind the Boneyard lay the Castle. However, there was someone there to greet them. Death, Dracula's second in comand, hovered above the skeletons. "Ahhhh... Eric Belmont and Nexlon. I see you survived my master's pets. He will be most displeased. However, my pets are far more vicous." At this sentance, the bones rose up and took shape. There were about two dozen human skeleons, four Ape skeletons carrying explosive barrels, two giant skeletons, and a group of bone pillars, which were dragon skulls that fuctioned as turrents. Eric threw a cross at the skeletons and took out four in the course of the crosses flight path. "Nexlon, be cautious! Death may have more tricks up his sleve.

Nexlon stared at Eric as he said that they were going to destroy Dracula.

"Eric, I'm a member of the Assassin's guild. I know people who have tried to take out Dracula. No one ever came back from trying to kill him. They just dissapeared; no trace of a body or anything. They would walk into his castle as never come out. I mean, sure, We can probably get into the castle and past the hordes of minions, but we wouldn't stand a chance against Dracula."

Before he could get any further, Death appeared. Nexlon rose his eyebrow. Death? If Death himself was Dracula's second in command...

Nexlon pushed these thoughts out of his mind as he jumped into battle. Needles and crossbow bolts wouldn't have much affect on the undead. He eyed the barrels of explosives that were carried by the Ape skeletons. Taking sharp aim, he let loose an arrow and pierced one of the barrels; it exploded, taking out six skeletons along the way. Nexlon jumped through the smoke, swinging his Scythe in every direction, severing undead heads and limbs left and right.

Eric spun the Vampire Killer around, taking out Skeletons left and right. He slammed a vial of holy water, killing a skeleton ape, which caused it's barrell exploded. Every skeleton was destroyed. Death hovered above the battleground. "Well, I see you two are quite skilled fighters. We will meet again, but for now, I leave you with this!" Upon saying these wors, another skeleton rose from the ground. This one was a massive mammoth skeleton. Death disappeared, and the mammoth skeleton smashed into Eric, using it's tusks to toss him away. "Nexlon, help!"
