Here it is!

The Casari-Casari's Pet Cat Cherry Cup 18 Bid

Organization
16, 20, 22- Two Groups of Necessary size. The top 4 in each group will qualify and play in 2 4-team groups. The top team in one group will play the second from the other in each semifinal, And the final should magically form itself.
15, 18, 21- Three Groups of Necessary size. The top 2 in each group will qualify, as will the top 2 teams of a 3-way playoff between each group's third place team. Then 2 groups of 4, see above.
24, 27, 30, 33- Three Groups of Necessary size. Top 4 in each group will take part in 4-team group second round. The 2 best Winners will earn semifinal byes, the remaining group winner and the three second place teams will enter the quarterfinals.
28, 32, 36- Four Groups of Necessary size. Top 4 in each will enter directly into round of 16 playoffs.
25, 35- However many Necessary Groups of 5. The top 2 in each group will be grouped into 2 groups of however many necessary. If they contain 5, the top two from each group will go into Semifinals. If 7, the top 4 from each will procced into quarterfinals.
17, 19, 23, 26, 29, 31, 34- These sizes will be run with the form to handle the capacity one greater. AKA, if 17, the 18 format shall be used. In this case, groups will be organized so that the top team gets the smallest group.

Draws
The top teams will be seperated into seperate groups. If there's only 2 groups, 2 teams get seeded. The rest of the teams will be drawn at random.

Scorination
Scorination will be done via Excel spreadsheet.

Rankings
I really don't care what ones. I have my own rankings, I can use some other rankings, it doesn't matter. We put too much effort into this part. But there will be some!

Stadia
I thought we'd just find a pond somewhere, get a plow to clear out some spaces, put down some lines, and go at it maybe? If not, these come later. I don't have the will of spirit to make up hockey arenas.

You can't force a team to participate. That would be unfair. If LE wants to pull out, that's his perogative.
Casari
16-12-2005, 19:07
I agree. Also, Tonissia, there's no way you're going to be able to enter three nations into one cup. You're going to have to withdraw at least one of them.
