Trondi

My government just made a decision on Harry Potter. I chose to vote for keeping harry potter but the options that were put forward were extremes. Niether showed a very good christian viewpoint. One was a christian extremist who said it should be burned without actually weighing up the book and the other said books should be kept and religious fanatics should not be allowed to make decisions on important matters such as this. The main example was christians!

My government did not appreciate the fact that there was no choice for a true christian such as the book can be seen as fantasy and that by reading it the government does not condone witchcraft but does condone reading for children.

Just a note, this belongs in Gameplay(I think) rather than Nationstates.
The Zombie Alliance

I can see you are new to this game, Trondi, because your nation is tiny and you posted this in the wrong forum. Therefore, I will tell you this: all of the issues are like that. Everything on this game is extremely exaggerated, which is why it was so easy for me to create a zombie nation. The issues are composed largly of political sattire. Inevitably, your nation must become a country of one extreme. On this particular issue, the Christian option will boost your nation's spirituality, have your nation's children become less literate, prove to your people that the government does not respect their rights of free speech, and move your nation extrememly far to the right.

If you select the noncensorship option, people will realize that they can say whatever they want and may critisize the government, the people will become more heathen, your book-publishing industry will grow substantialy, andyour nation's children will become more intellectual because they are reading more, pushing your nation extremely far to the left.

Personally, I let the book go on to become a bestseller. The summoning demons thing is perfect for the Zombie Alliance.
