[NS]Kongeriket Noreg

For what had existed in only the centuries before, it continued to exist today. Settlements abroad, mostly hidden but now rebuilt to their former glory, a Viking Empire under the bannername of Kongeriket Noreg. Their Longships not the same as previously understood, they had gained a newfound strength not quite located by the names of their ancestors. And under the leadership of Lord Kaiser Erik von Heller, reaches and limitations such as Iceland and the island-continent of Greenland would be but a nearby township. Yes, with power came great responsibility still, and it would be despite the fact that such great new abilities had been established and already exersise--that is, to travel beyond the means of this atmosphere; much was still to be done. The Vikings were not alone in this new world of treasure and sometimes treachery; there were others just like them, if not perhaps even that little bit more brutal.
"Kaiser," a voice broke the silence which existed within the Mountain Pike. "We have prepared the reports for you. If not interesting, you will find such details that little bit more shocking, or concerning."
Erik's eyes widened as he scanned quickly over the text before him. "So, we're not alone afterall. But all these people, all these nations..."
The boy nodded. "Many of them we believe are willing to be friendly, to a newbie of sorts. Our Foriegn Ministry is unestablished, and we will need all the help we can get."
"Understood," nodded the Kaiser. "Whom do you suggest."
The boy grinned from ear to ear. "Good that you ask," he straightened his face out to something more appropriate. "This nation, here." He pointed on the various diagrams and lists which seemed so endless.
"Tiburon?" Erik raised both eyebrows. "An interesting selection..."
He nodded, "Indeed. They have an outpost on almost every location, and have access from the lowest to the highest. And whilst they might not be on the highest of food chains themselves, I think they would make an excellent vehicle from which to launch ourselves from." The boy winked. "And their reputation is outstanding."
"Alright," acknowledged Erik, rubbing the stubble which lay across his chin and cheek. "Leave me to prepare all the relevant transmissions, and we'll get right to it. No sense in wasting time, eh?"
"Very good Kaiser," bowed the boy. "I'll let you be."

Greetings,
Whilst you may not be quite so aware of our presence within the Solar Political Sphere, please take the time to let me introduce myself. I am Lord Kaiser Erik von Heller, overlord and leader of the Empire of Kongeriker Noreg. As head of the Viking peoples, I have been commissioned with the duty of expanding this nation's borders of influence; that is, to learn and understand the world around us. Notably, we have noted your own presence in the world and recognized your nation as decently respectable.
If it is at all possible to organize some form of meeting between delegates, it would be appreciated greatly. Perhaps if it suits you best, some talks about a more open economic partnership may be of interest?
Signed,
Erik von Heller
