Dude, don't even bother. Read the stickies here and in II about this stuff. No one likes it when someone 'declares war' like this. You need good reasoning to declare war and valid excuses/causes. Just cause a nation is 'wimpy' or 'wussies' doesn't mean you can 'declare war'.

Really, read the stickies for your own sake. Other wise, you'll acquire the infamous n00b sticker, and it takes a while to get rid of that.
