Gentlemen:

We are on the edge of a technological breakthrough regarding the Crotchrocket 7000 VIPR (Ref M770 S5 SSA2). Receipt of project-related purchases are forwarded. We require four units, three of which shall serve as initial TPC units, one for all other purposes.

Financial numbers are en route to HIRS, MIPFS Division.

We are more than pleased with initial concept tests. Exemplary performance, too bad it can't warm cocoa.

Project deadlines are open to discussion - Expect four-year R&D at the least.

P.S.: We're freezing our asses off down here, Jack. Requesting permission to order acquisition of additional HERVs. A few parkas would be nice, too. Then again, so would a nice flight home. We can dream, though.

Gentlemen:

The CR7K VIPR is coming along nicely - Attached are renderings of your base design requirements, minus technical impossibilities, plus any enhancements we see fit. Receipts of the annual project expenses have been forwarded to MIPFS.

Hydrogen links hold up nicely during test firings. The one issue we've been having is with the preliminary plasma flow stasis - coil upgrades should correct this.

The Hammerian Department of Science and Research, operating in conjunction with seven private space transportation agencies, three indepentant corporations and the entire Hammerian Government, has engaged in preliminary testing of concept models of the CrotchRocket 7000 Variable Inter-Phase Reaction vessel propulsion system.

The VIPR is an under-development technology based on Phase-changing of hydrogen to solid phase (metallic hydrogen) prior to the initiation of fusion, aiding in ignition of the heating phase, bringing gas through to a plasma state, bringing a hypothetical 52% increase in net output (TW) (power generation setting).
