International Cultural Exhibition (OOC thread)
The idea struck me not long ago that it could be interesting to have a large International Cultural Exhibition, in which nations would be able to display elements of their national culture in whatever way they see fit. Each nation would be free to define and present what it feels its "culture" is.
Roleplay could include people setting up their part of the exhibition (in the Ariddian city of New Hope (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/New_Hope)), participants showing visitors round, and of course visitors going round the various national exhibitions. You can see it as a way to work out your country's culture in more detail, and/or to present it to the rest of us.
If enough people are interested, I'll start an IC thread.

Well, my nation is modern tech (more or less; it's a Third World nation, but several years into our future, so I generally roleplay it as having more or less modern tech). But a future tech nation can take part, yes.
I'll get an IC thread started probably this evening or tomorrow.

Yes it is, go ahead. And feel free to write about visitors entering other nation's tents if you like, as well as present your own.
This is a really great idea. I think I'll probably open a booth and look around in a bit.
