Greetings from Nedalia. I have just received the letter from H&D, and I was encouraged by what I read. Indeed, there is no doubt about it, the Tramonte Project is large...massive, if you will. Your proposition to meet up and discuss business face to face is a most excellent one, and I have already made arrangements for your delegation to fly into Kafra International Airport. Your accomodation will be in President Bren's guesthouses, more superior than any 5-star accomodation.
Although the President is currently at the Strategic Defence League HQ just south of Kafra and is unavailable, I will be accessible to your delegation during you stay in Kafra, and will have full power to act and take decisions. Perhaps, if all goes well, I can tempt you to fly into the Western Territories and see where Tramonte will be built first hand.
For now, I hope all is well, and that you get to Kafra safely.
Signed,
Randa Holcomb

"Hm," was the only response he could draw to that. Certainly, it was a positive response; one that he was quite certain that it was possible, if not definite that the sale would be closed. Still, constructing something such as the "Tramonte Project"--a city from ground up and to house something to the total of Nine Million, was insane enough. And for his interest to add "The Clause", he wondered exactly as to how things would turn. Nevertheless, however, there was still nothing stopping him from at least asking, and putting said proposition unto the table.
He sent something short in response, nothing fancy.
I'll be there.
Or something to that effect.
